Why Joanne chose Peyia
After years of dreaming about owning a holiday home, we finally settled on Cyprus. We have visited many places, but Cyprus always felt special. The locals are warm hearted and welcoming, the food delicious and the climate amazing with a reported 340 days of sunshine a year.
What makes this Apartment unique
One of the things we love is not having to drive at night time. Being able to step out of our door and enjoy a relaxing meal or drink within 2-3 minutes walk was a primary consideration for us. Our property has just that and we are so pleased with our choice, that we feel we will be coming back for many years.

Very enjoyable holiday
Joanne was excellent at communicating the property details and was very responsive with any queries. The property itself was spacious and was well equipped for our 2 week stay. The location is excellent and only a couple of minutes walk from the Peyia Tavern and the Grande Cafe. Although highly recommended a drive to Oniros for the views and the food is amazing. Be prepared to wait for a table though as it does get busy. Would definitely considering staying at Peyia Cottages again. Thanks Joanne for a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

The apartment is great, lots of room and well equipped and located in the middle of Pegia with great local taverns within 2 mins staggering distance. Nice and quiet though, the best of both worlds.

Fab week in this spacious 3 bedroom apartment. Terrific location, close to the main part of Peyia. The apartment has absolutely everything you need, it’s clean, comfortable and perfect for a family or adult only break. Highly recommend.

This apartment had so much space and was fully equipped.
We hired a car which I would recommend but not essential as there are plenty of places to eat and have a drink near the apartment.
The apartment is so spacious and fully equipped with all the amenities you require for a short or long stay.
Absolutely brilliant time had and I can’t speak highly enough of the owner who made our holiday go so easy, communication, was faultless and so friendly.
Would recommend staying here for a family and will be asking no to use again ourself ..10/10 ✅
Fabulous holiday , in a great location
The apartment is in a great location , allowing you to sample the local Cypriot restaurants. The variety of places in the village is good, and food and drinks are very reasonable prices. Coral Bay beach is about 5 minutes drive if you fancy of variety.
The apartment is well looked after, spacious and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday .
The sun shone all our holiday, the sky was a beautiful blue, we could see the sea and at night time take in amazing coral sunsets . Wish we were back !

The area is great for those wishing to explore. For the active visitor angling, sea sports, go-karting, golf, cycling, sailing/yachting, nature trails, swimming and water sports are all close by. For the more relaxed holidaymaker historical sightseeing, including working monasteries, boat trips, the bird garden and relaxed dining. The slopes are in the Troodos mountains, approximately 1.5 hours drive away.
The Blue Flag beach of Coral Bay is only 5 minutes drive away.
It has great facilities, with showers, water sports in season, sunbeds/parasol hire, there are also plenty of snack bars to grab lunch!
Paphos airport is approx 30 minutes drive from the property.
Taxi collection can be arranged.
Cosmopolitan Coral Bay is only 5 minutes drive from the property, approx only 3km.
Amenities such as shops bars and restaurants are only a 2-5 minute walk, the main centre of Coral Bay is 3km.

Booking Notes: On booking a £200 deposit will be due and the balance is due 10 weeks prior to departure. Changeover Day: Can be flexible and we try where ever possible to work around late flights. Notes on prices: Winter special price of £150 per week is only for long term bookings of 28 days and over, it includes linen and towels for all beds, extra sets can be arranged and charged should guests wish.
