About the property

Peaceful Location in Gwbert with Spectacular Views.

Porpose and Seal Cottage are two modern properties adjacent to one another. They are situated in Gwbert on the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path moments from the beach. Porpoise is the larger of the two, sleeping up to 8 people and Seal is the smaller, sleeping up to 4 people. They can be rented together for groups or separately. Both have enclosed gardens and panoramic views of the beautiful Cardigan Bay. Both cottages have everything you need for a relaxing, quiet and enjoyable coastal holiday.

The cottages are situated by the entrance to The Cliff Hotel and Spa. Non residents can use their 9 hole golf course, restaurant & spa. There is also The Gwbert Hotel Bistro and Bar within easy walking distance.

Cardigan, the gateway to the Teifi Valley and the Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire Coastal Paths, is a short drive away. The ancient town sits on the estuary of the River Teifi at the base of Cardigan Bay. Its unspoilt townscape and rich heritage provide a nostalgic backdrop to a thriving culture of arts and crafts, events and music festivals, and is a good base from which to discover Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire.

There is a wide range of activities in the area from kayaking to mountain biking and dolphin viewing to fishing. Many attractions are within an hour's drive including Folly Farm Zoo, Oakwood and Heatherton. The location is perfect for guests of all ages whether you are looking for a relaxing holiday or a fun filled stay.

Beautiful Location

Home from home some heating issues which were resolved quickly very thankful for that as it was a cold weekend. Would definately visit again ideal garden for dogs

Porpoise and Seal Cottages are located on The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, next to Gwbert Beach. There is another beach 1 mile away with parking and the beautiful beaches of Mwnt, Aberporth, Newport, Tresaith, and Penbryn are between 5 miles & 15 miles away.

The small town of Cardigan is 2 miles away inland. There you will find, local theatre / cinema, pubs, heritage sites, supermarkets, banks, restaurants and shops.

The Cliff Hotel & Spa and The Gwbert Hotel are both on your doorstep. Non-residents can use the spa facilities at The Cliff (advanced booking is advised) and the bar and restaurants at both hotels.
