Set in a large plot with its own private swimming pool, sea view and landscaped garden, the property boasts many features including sun terrace with jacuzzi, pool table and al fresco dining on the sun terrace. Upper level sun terrace partly shaded with stunning shade sails and lounging area with beautiful views of the sea. Air con, gas central heating (for Winter lets), large balcony, large wall mounted flat screen satellite TV, DVD/CD players. Fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher. Freely available internet access. There is a mini- safe and carbon monoxide detectors for guest security and safety. It is about 15 minutes walking distance of bars, shops, supermarkets, restaurants and only 5 minutes drive from the beach front.

We love it here. The sea views from the front terrace and the balconies are beautiful. As are the views over Moraira, particularly at night. When there are fiestas, I like to watch the fireworks all over the town from our balcony.

Fabulous family holiday home

We had the most wonderful time in this beautiful villa. We're a family of 11 with ages ranging from 67 to 7years and there were facilities to suit us all - from the pool to the view from the first floor bedrooms and terrace. Plenty of shade for us oldies and a hot tub, table tennis table and pool table for the younger ones. The villa is very well equipped with everything you could possible need.

Great family holiday

Very easy booking process Carolyn was very helpful and easy to deal with. The villa is large and has a number of different areas for sun bathing or sitting reading which is great when you are in a large group you are not on top of each other. The location is quiet and not over looked by adjacent villas. I would recommend a hire car as the walk to the town is fine during the day not so good walking back in the dark. The town of Moraira has plenty of restaurants and a great beach. Carrefour and Lidl supermarkets are a 5 min drive away not suitable for walking too. We had a great family holiday in the villa especially enjoying the hot tub and playing pool and table tennis.

Fantastic

What a fantastic villa we spent 2 lovely weeks here . Lots to do for the whole family . I would say tho if you have children you would need to rent a car . Pushing pushchairs in that heat was hard work but apart from that it was a great place to stay . The villa was lovely and clean an well looked after .

Moraira CASA

We had a very good holiday for our large and diverse family group

( 14 people).

The house and facilities comfortably met our needs and expectations and was enjoyed by all ages.

The location, privacy and views were excellent.

Proximity to local shops for provisions for our small army was easily accessible and local taxi service was efficient and friendly.

While main town centre Moraira is within walking distance local taxi option is probably better to use having regard to temperature, terrain and safe pedestrian footpaths.

Local management service friendly and responsive.

I would highly recommend for family group.

Pictures do not do it justice

Villa is in an ideal location, far enough out of town for peaceful chill out time, but close enough to get into town for beach & bars.

The villa itself is extremely spacious with 10 adults not living on top of each other.

Table tennis, pool table, swimming pool & especially the hot tub provide great entertainment.

All in all, this villa is thoroughly recommended & we will be visiting again.

We had a fantastic winter stay and we got some lovely sun as well! The villa is great and has loads of space and teracing.

5 mins drive or a 30 minute walk from large white sandy beach with local bars and restaurants nearby.

Travel:

Both Valencia and Alicante airports are approx 1 hours drive. Car recommended but not essential.

Distances:

Town centre of Moraira 5 mins drive. Javea town centre is 15 mins drive. Nearest local amenities 5 mins walk. Benidorm is 30 minutes drive and Gandia around 45 mins drive.

Local amenities include restaurants, bars, bakery, supermarket and newsagents.

Further Details:

Bowling alley 2-3 mins drive or 10 minute walk. Huge supermarket is where the bowling alley is.

Karting is also a 2-3 mins drive or a 10 minute walk.

Refundable Damage Deposit £500

Booking Notes:
The deposit of 25% is non refundable. Cancellation terms apply to balances paid. Up to 6 weeks prior to the arrival date owners will retain 75% of the rental. Within 6 weeks of the arrival date, owners will retain 100%. Travel insurance is strongly advised.
The security deposit will be fully refunded, following a satisfactory inventory check,which will be completed at the end of the guests stay, Any damage or loss to the property may be deducted from it. The refund could take up to 21 days. In the event of any disputes this may take longer.
Guests are asked to be reasonably sensible with the use of air conditioning and gas heating. Air-conditioning and/or gas is only chargeable with excessive/abusive use. It is accountable on calculating the period average. Meter readings are taken prior to guests arrival and at their departure date, for the electric and the gas bottles are monitored and taken into account. Guests may see the readings. Guests may be invoiced if it is deemed excessive overuse and abuse. The owner has the right to deduct this from their surety deposit if it is found to be the case.

Cot, high chairs and Z beds are available to hire from £3.50 per item per day .

Changeover days are on a Saturday between mid May and mid September. The rest of the year is flexible.

During mid May and mid September, check-in is at 4pm and check-out is by 10am. All other times and plans considered.

  • Cancelled bookings will not receive a refund.
