Apartment, 65 mts. 2 bedroom, sleeps 4, 1 bathroom

Ramo Playa II, is situated on the 3rd floor of a medium rise block, accessed by left, with extensive well kept gardens, swimming pool and barbecue facilities in the garden.

Round the corner from the Promenade, Beach and shops.

The flat is well equipped with an electric hob, microwave oven, automatic washing machine and refrigerator. It is comfortably furnished, 2 bedrooms with twin beds in each room, has UK TV and satellite DutchTV, air conditioning and heating (for the cooler months). Aprox. 15 minutes from Malaga Airport.

Loved it!

My husband and I stayed with our teenage daughter for 2 weeks in August and had such a good time that we have already booked it for next year.

Location near to restaurants,shops and beach is perfect.

Although it was high season the pool was never too busy and we enjoyed the gardens.The residents in the block were very courteous and friendly to us although our Spanish is very basic.

Enrique is lovely and very reliable and the airport transfer was much appreciated.

Carihuela Apartments

Clean, well maintained and well equipped 2 bedroomed apartment with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Easy access to good public transport and only a short walk from the beach front prominade with a good selection of bars and restaurants.

Good customer service from the owner who was easily contactable should he be needed.

Back To La Carihuela

We had 9 wonderful weeks in La Carihuela. We only had 4 days rain in 9 weeks and had 47 days laid on the beach.

The apartment is ideal, everything you could need, very clean, lots of storage. We are a couple aged 58 & 60. The apartment is in a perfect location, very near the beach and all the great bars & restaurants.

Bus & train links mean you do not need a car.

All the food shops you need within a few minutes.

La Carihuela itself is the best spot on The Costa del Sol, it is actually Spanish!

My husband had a 8 mile run every other day to the end of Torremolinos, to Belamadena Harbour and back, all on the flat promenade. If you like to stroll about or lay there doing nothing this is the place.

Best bar for us was The American Bar which you pass when you go to the beach, it is run by a Spanish Family and does great Tapas & cocktails.

This was our second year in the apartment and once again the best part was the lovely Enrique. From when he collects you at the airport to when he takes you back his service is second to none. He is always available to answer any questions and sort out any problems you may have.

As you can see from the calender this is a very popular place, book well in advance & you will not be disappointed. We are already booked in for next year.

No Problem Holiday

We stayed at this apartment in June 2011 for 2 weeks and everything is as shown on the internet. The apartment is very clean and homely and there is everything you need. Nice quiet road and close to everything. 2 good bakers shops within easy walk but the bread in the small supermarket next to the apartment for us was the best and the ladies serving are very nice. Fruit shop, butchers are also within 5 mins walk and you can get english papers just across the road and around the corner. Really close to beach and restaurants, can recommend the Chinese if you like this food. Not far to walk to the town and all the shops, bit up hill but we are retired and we could manage it. Lovely walk into Benalmadena, especially late afternoon and from there you can take a boat to Fuengirola. The owner Enrique was excellent to deal with and the whole thing from beginning to end was stress free, a nicer man you could not wish to meet. The pick up from the airport and return was an added bonus, he was very prompt. The swimming pool is a good temperature and quite often we were to only 2 there, the most was 5 or 6. Enrique has supplied 2 fold up chairs and you can take these to the pool or to the beach, we did both, he has thought of everything. The only problem is everybody has now heard about his apartments and his good service and it is very difficult to re-book, we wanted it again for next June and tried to reserve it on our way back to the airport, but it had already been taken, also most of his other apartments, what a disappointment. Hopefully we will be able to book this again in the future. Don't hesitate to book with him, you will not be disappointed, but try not to take weeks we require.

Splendid Apartment

Just back after spending 10 days in Carihuela.The apartment was spotless with all mod cons.It is located in a very central location close to all amenites.Enrique is a gentleman and the pick up and return to the airport was great as was the welcome pack on arrival.The apartment is very homely and we look forward to returning in the near future.
