Victoria’s Villa

Lovely villa in a quiet location with all amenities to make for a great stay. Very limited contact with property manager but this was not required as knew the area and had visited many times before. Digital access made access really easy especially as we couldn’t open the key safe but great as didn’t have to worry about a physical key. Pool cover was off when we arrived so we left this off. If we had thought about it earlier would have been better to use as the tree overhanging the pool did drop lots of debris into the pool but our mistake for not covering this after each use. Thank you for the use of your villa which was exactly as described.

The Villa is great - we loved it and would definitely book again. It has everything you would want and need and is in a good location for the Disney and Universal parks. One small bit of feedback was that I never received any communication from the management company, as stated in my welcome pack. I sent them a WhatsApp message one day to report an issue and didn’t get a reply despite the message being read..

Perfect family holiday

Booked the villa through home away and was first time booking a villa so was a bit nervous in case anything went wrong. Communication with Victoria was easy and she was happy to answer any question and also prompt in her replies. Upon arrival were were al like “wow” it was fantastic it had everything we needed. There was plenty of room so we did all not feel like we were on top of each other we all had our own space. The large tv in the bedrooms were great for winding down of an evening .The kitchen was great and has everything you need, some nights we were so tired from being in the parks all day we would just grab a pizza and some bits from Walmart. The pool was great and I would advise paying for the Pool heat in March as it was a little cool some days and the pool heat helped. The villa location was great and there was a publix and a few places to eat about 3 minutes drive away. Parks were about 20-30 mins drive away. Overall we were all very happy with the villa and will most certainly be going back. Thanks you so Much Victoria.

Home from home fun in Florida

Ideally located in Westhaven Victoria’s house within the gated community of the ‘Hamlet’ is close to the Disney parks and local amenities of Champions Gate. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable with everything you could wish for in a home from home. We especially enjoyed the games room at night after a busy day shopping or in the parks. There is also a lovely pool and jacuzzi to relax in. We met Linda, who manages the property, receiving a warm and friendly Floridian welcome. Thank you Victoria for sharing your home with us. Beautiful Villa

Victoria’s Villa is a truly lovely home in an ideal location for all the Florida fun. The villa was very well equipped and there was a lovely tradition of previous guests leaving different bits and pieces behind which we also continued. It means you can arrive at the villa and have a few essentials to hand which is a big help after a long journey. Victoria herself has been a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to messages. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and have recommended the villa to friends already.
