Living room: Double sofa bed (sleeps up to 2)

1 x child's travel cot, push-chair, baby bath, stair safety gate and high chair available.

Very large kitchen which opens out onto a sunny private garden,

The nearest tube station is Queens Park on the Bakerloo Line (10 minute walk).

It takes 8 minutes on the tube from Queens Park to Paddington and 15 minutes to Oxford Circus or Piccadilly Circus and London's West End.

From Queens Park station you can also catch a London Overground train to Euston (5 minutes)

If you want to be picked up by taxi or mini-van from the airport, I can pre-book this for you with a local company and it will be cheaper than catching a taxi when you arrive

Fantastic place in a fantastic neighborhood

Our group of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Queens Park neighborhood. The neighborhood is charming, and the close proximity to the Tube makes getting around incredibly easy. Plus, the communication we received in advance of our stay could not have been more thorough and was very helpful. Thank you for a great stay.

A great property for families!

In my conversations with the owner prior to our arrival she was very organised and helpful.

The house was well stocked, clean and easy to access. Instructions were helpful and clear.

The house is between two shopping areas. Salusbury Rd had a great bakery (Gail's), tube and nicer shops. Kilburn High Rd has plenty of options to self cater, pub meals or fast food.

We stayed in January. The heater was on an automatic setting which meant that we did not have to touch anything or program anything. This was useful - foolproof. However one day my Dad was sick and stayed home during the day. He found the house cold as the heater turns off during the day.

Facilities all worked well - washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. We couldn't find a clothes drying rack though. Otherwise this was a very well stocked property.

The three bedrooms had flexible options with additional folding beds available.

Great property for families. The steps are quite steep as is common in English houses.

Well located, very quiet street. We would stay again.

excellent house for families and small groups

We are an American/British family of three adults and two young children. This house was perfect for us and the safe patio at the back great for the children, as was the amazing Adventure playground 10 mins away at Queen's Park. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and immediately replaced a coffee maker which did not work. She has thoughtfully left adaptors for foreign electrical plugs, a variety of herbs and spices in the kitchen and comprehensive notes about the neighborhood. This was our first HomeAway rental and we were very pleased. This is a comfortable basic property in a safe street and near to shops and supermarkets and I would recommend it highly to families.

La casa cumplió con todas nuestras expectativas. Eramos 11 personas y había espacio suficiente para todos. La zona ya la conocíamos y está muy céntrica. Todo muy limpio, sobre todo la cocina y los baños. Jane ha sido muy amable y además deja todo tipo de información para visitar Londres. Lo recomendaría sobre todo por la comodidad frente a un hotel, lo tranquila que es la zona y la seguridad que hay, y que en la casa no echas nada de menos.

Queens Park, London NW6 is a peaceful, upmarket, residential area conveniently located just 3.5 miles (5.6 km) and 15 minutes by Tube from Central London in Zone 2

The house is in a very quiet, tree-lined cul de sac so there is no passing traffic noise!

The nearest Tube station (10 minute walk) is Queens Park on the Bakerloo Line (Zone 2). By Tube it takes 8 minutes to reach Paddington and 15 minutes to Oxford Circus or Picadilly Circus.

Local supermarkets are open 7am - 11pm and just a 10 minute walk away on Salusbury Road or Kilburn High Road.

The area has a huge variety of local boutiques, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, shops, cafes and gyms.

The park itself is 10 minutes walk from the house with a children's playground, tennis courts, Boules, golf, a nature walk & café. It is very popular with families.
