Apartment is a well apportioned 2 bed apartment ( Special long winter let rates also available on request ). Constructed in 2005 - within an existing structure, which has been used to hold only 4 apartments, giving this property a nice private residential feel. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has 2 singles, the living room has a double sofa bed, furnished modernly and retains all the utilities you would expect to have at home! A stunning view of the Ocean is a bonus on the Shared Roof terrace.

A Communal pool with refreshment options is available, just a 10 min approx walk, a season ticket is purchased for this Properties Clients for summer use.

Willing to spread payments into 3 installments if reserved long time ahead.

We loved it here, so close to beach and Old Town Square, no hill for a change, on a quiet Portuguese residential street, We almost felt like one of the neighbours after the sun turned us a little bronze, Apartment really neat and we loved the Roof Terrace, barbecued 5 times, Wonderful, will be back! Thanks Andy, Maurice and Jean.

Our 3rd time here with our family, fabulous location, We love the quaint street its on, no fast cars, don't worry about the kids when walking to the beach for a change, and really cosy inside at night, kids love it! Thanks Andrea, Mark and family.

We wondered where he was taking us, such a small street and stairway off the street, but hey, an Aladdin's cave, what a roof terrace, We have had our best holiday yet in Albufeira, the booking, personal pick up was all so efficient, thank you, took all the stress from us, and thanks for sorting us with a Dentist! Outside: It has a roof terrace with a stunning view that overlooks the sea (approx 75m) and the Old Town of Albufeira. It is only 2 floors above the apartment and is shared with the 3 other apartments in the block, so it is very private. Towels and linen provided, linen change provided weekly, towels can be washed as often as you like, washer and powder provided. Other: Hallway. Optional wi fi from 15 euros for duration of stay. 100 pounds or euro cash security deposit required on arrival and refunded subject to breakages at end of stay.

Super Holiday Apartment 5*

I stayed here with my husband, daughter and mum in August. The apartment is perfect. Ideally located being only a short walk from the beach, restaurants and bars. With a small shop downstairs and a supermarket within a very short walk - what more could you ask for. The kitchen had everything we needed as did the lounge area. We thoroughly enjoyed the roof terrace - what a view! It did get quite hot up there but that didn't bother us. Wi-Fi was available for a small charge - which we didn't mind.

The swimming pool was great - plenty of sunbeds, clean and well maintained. The pool bar served some fantastic snacks and ice cold drinks with shaded areas to sit under when it go too hot. We didn't mind the walk to the swimming pool - it's not that far at all.

I would definitely recommend this apartment. Andy could not have been any more helpful - a wonderful guy. We will come back and stay here.

great apartment

lovely clean apt in great location,off licence underneath apt prices as good as Aldi,roof terrace we had to ourselves all week loungers and chairs and great views, beach 2 mins away in the lift,the pool where Andy rents 4 lounger is fab, bit of a walk up hill about 20 mins but well worth it,arranged pick up and drop from airport with Andy no problems there all in all had great time.

Great Apartment

Had another great time staying here - apartment is in a great location - 2 minutes to the beach. Owner Andy is fab - always on hand to help. We stay here every year and wouldn't think of looking elsewhere.

Fantastic location needs a little TLC

Location couldn’t be better, close to where you want to be but not in noisy location. Responsive and friendly host. Place needs upgrades in kitchen, furniture and linens. Cleanliness needs improvement.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review, I always try to respond quickly to items that need attention where possible. The bed sheets and pillow cases which I have just finished ironing were with the exception of 1 piece purchased two months ago. Improvements on general cleanliness are taken very seriously, indeed I always ask if all is ok before I leave clients to their stay! The preparation and clean took place on the morning of arrival and whilst I am always open to revisiting anything that has been missed as I accept My Cleaners are human, no such requests or complaints were received even though contact was made on day one about a coffee maker which I personally delivered to the guests within 15 minutes of request. I am always on hand to resolve things as I am local, so I am always very disappointed and sorry if I am not given the opportunity to correct problems that can easily be rectified. I do accept that peoples perceptions and expectations differ and I respect this. Thank You.

Perfectly located in Portugal

My brother, my Mum and I went to this beautiful Apartment in July. It is perfectly located, only a few minutes from the beach where you either take the lift or you go for the fit Version and take the steps. We went to Restaurants 3 times, for the only reason that we did not want to be in a Tourist crowd but to enjoy our Family Holiday. There is a tiny grovery shop only 2 meters from the Apartment with the most necessary (open from Monday till Sunday), and then there was a big grocery shop with normal opening hours and everything you Need for a perfect vacay 5-8 minutes by foot. We prepared breakfast in the kitchen and on the less windy Mornings had it on our rooftop terrace with a priceless view over the sea! TV and Wi-Fi were available, though we did not use neither of them. The kitchen was fully equipped and we only had to buy coffee and oil. Hairdressers, many towels and even umbrellas (which was extremely important for my brother who wasnt used to the sun at all).

You can reach the Harbour within 15 minutes by foot, maybe even less. From there, we went on a beautiful catamaran tour which I can absolutely recommend! A few more minutes by car and you'll reach the next beach (or just take the bus).

If youre Walking 5-10 minutes you are in the middle of a touristic street with many People, Tourist Shops, Restaurants and bars. So even partying would not be a Problem.

I can definitely tell Familys to go and enjoy Andys Apartment. It has been super easy to book it and he was always helpful and available.

Car: not necessary


2 mins walk to Albufeiras immaculate 2 local beaches, maintained on a daily basis by the local council.


Faro is some 30 minutes drive away. If you require, customer collection and return is arranged for a small amount and you are taken right to the door with the apartment keys (handed to you at the airport). If you wish to hire a car then arrangements are made to meet with apartment key etc.


Many local towns and villages are within driving distance, however, Albufeira does have countless bars, restaurants and shops (including supermarkets) within minutes walking distance, a hire car is really not necessary if you prefer to just relax!

Further Details:

Albufeira offers a superb range of shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. Should a car be required, we can provide information on local companies who offer a good service and competitive rates. There is always someone on call, usually the owner himself who personally makes sure everything runs smoothly, living only 5 mins away!

Fees No additional mandatory fees

Security deposit of 100 pounds or its equivalent in cash is required on arrival in the event of breakages. An inspection is carried out on departure and your monies refunded if no breakages.

Same sex Clients of 3 or more considered and if accepted there is an increased cash security deposit of 200 pounds or equivalent required on arrival.

Wi fi in the apartment is optional from 15 euros for duration of your stay, paid locally.

Changeover Day:
No preference for a change over day. We take part weeks if required: 8, 9, 10 or 11 day, whatever you want. Check in 1430 at latest and check out is 1030 at earliest, however we do try to check in on arrival and check out as late as possible!

Swimming Pool provided by outside source, so in the event of any temporary closures due to maintenance issues, compensation cannot be considered.

Notes on prices:
Weekly Prices are inclusive of energy costs except for long winter lets.
Special Winter let rate of 135 pounds per week for 6 week or more lets between November and March, in addition electric water charged at cost for long winter lets, meters read on arrival.

Prices based on up to 4 persons occupancy!

Refunds can be made if 60 days written notice is received by the Owner and also is strictly based upon the reserved dates being re-sol, if they are not resold then no refund can be made. If a portion of the reserved dates are resold then a portion of the Clients payment will be refunded

Will consider less than a weeks stay, but may involve a surcharge which will be quoted in full and in reply to the Customers inquiry!

Euros also accepted at conversion rates given by the Owner.

Payments by way of BANK TRANSFER for the apartment. Option available with PAYPAL if required, with an addition of 5 per cent to cover PAYPAL FEES , PAYPAL address :

  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
