Great location to explore Naples
The apartment was charming, cozy, close to the Metro and had a wonderful terrace with soundproof windows. Please be aware there is a long and steep flight of steps you will need to climb to get to the unit.
The property is in the center. The perfect location to everything.
The property was great. It was directly above a wine bar with some noise in the evening. I am a light sleeper and it was never a big problem. We enjoyed having wine and tapas so close by. Needing a key for turning on the electricity was a problem for charging electronics during the day. I wouldn't call the apartment a 2 bedroom. There were plenty of places to sleep such as hide a couches and a futon but there was only one real bed in a loft. We used the futon that was in the kitchen as the small hide a couch had a slight odor. Overall the apartment was adequate and in the perfect location.
Thanks for the review
It is strange that the single sofa bed smells...probably becouse the matress is new and was in the plastic.
The apartment, like the 5 stars hotel, has a security sistem for the elettricity and it is not allowed to charges your phone or computer if you are not inside
The noise from the bar....this is Napoli, a place full of life, and you were in the historical centre!
In the decription of the apartment is written that there are the sofa beds!
A very cute, clean apartment at a convenient area.
Owner Elisabetta is a lovely and professional host.
A very bad bathroom smell is present because of moisture.
Although the initial apt. price seems worthed, the cleaning fee charged is definitely too much.
Same goes for the car garage across the road!
Overall, the apt. is satisfying but little bit too expensive. I know because we have stayed in different but similar apartments in Napoli.
Hi, I'm glad that finally someone said something bad about my apartment; there's always a first time!
The house is beautiful, the place you liked, but you say that there is bad smell in the bathroom ... It is strange, becouse the sink and the shower were renewed last week and asap I will put on the site also new photos.
Probably, you say this becouse I've been waiting all day for your arrival; you have not answered to my emails and you showed up at the door at 9 in the evening, without warning.
the appointment for check in was at 12 .... Maybe you do not know that I am not a hotel porter !
The parking, so expensive, was chosen by you; I sent you an email with the address of a parking who works with me and not so expencive.
Cleaning is expensive ... only 15 € for 5 people!
I'm happy for you that you got another home nicer and cheaper than mine
all the best
Excellent location, charming apartment, wonderful host!
Our stay here was perfect! The apartment's location is excellent. The apartment itself is charming, with a set of double doors which open to the street below. We enjoyed watching the people below and listening to the local music. The apartment easily accommodated our party of five (three adults and two children). Elisabetta was prompt with her communication and so, so friendly and helpful. We would definitely book her apartment again. Thank you for a wonderful memory.
Central to everything - great apartment
Close to everything you want to see or do in Naples - easy access, close to shopping, restaurants, and more. Elisabetta and Marco were lovely to work with and made us feel welcome and cared for. We did have an issue with the wifi, but they were quick to fix it.
A well appointed apartment in a terrific location
This apartment was better than expected. It was very comfortable and included a good working kitchen and an excellent bathroom. The property was very clean and the owner's agent was agreeable and helpful. There were plenty of eateries nearby and many attractions were within walking distance. I would recommend this place to any couple or even a foursome as there was a sofa bed in the lounge.
Starting from piazza del Gesù Nuovo, where the apartment is, the Medioeval and Renaissance itineraries join together to a large extent with that of Ancient Naples and with that the baroque period.
Here we suggest three single day itineraries which the visitor can choose from according to his or her personal preferences.
Among the Churches: S. Lorenzo Maggiore, important for the traces of past civilizations, from Greek to Baroque S. Chiara with adjoining monastery and cloister, a splendid example of Neapolitan Gotic S. Anna dei Lombardi among the finest Renaissance churches Cappella Sansevero, famous for its splendid works of sculpture, Cristo Velato by G. Sammartino.
Among The Castles: Castel dell' Ovo on the island of Megaris, where the Greeks founded the first settlement.
Castel S.Elmo highest defence point in the city for the whole of the Middle Ages, it has a 360° view over the city, the Bay and its island. Maschio Angioino, severe sturdy construction , with fine Triumphal Arch
