For many years we spent time in Portugal playing golf, renting properties so in 2004 I decided to buy the apartment. I chose the location as it is central to golf as well as beaches and exploring the Portuguese interior.
What makes this Apartment unique
I love to spend time at the apartment so I can enjoy the views and quiet countryside but also to have all facilities close by. Provisions are available at the local shops and larger shopping areas are available at Algarve Shopping and Albufeira. I hope everyone who rents the property enjoy it as much as I do
Pool / Spa
The apartment was ideal for us, large and clean, very good equipped and very well located for making a lot of excursions to see all the beautiful beaches of Albufeira, Lagoa, etc.. The community swiming pool was also perfect to swim and to take a bath. A very quiet and perfect stay. A great detail the bottle of wine that we found when we arrived. Thanks!

The property was spacious, well equipped and clean
The apartment is in an excellent location, close to local beach and restaurants. The helpful notes given to us by the owner meant we were able to make the most of our stay. We visited the Slide and Splash water park and Silves (beautiful medieval town) both of which were recommended and both of which were great.
The communal pool was enjoyed by us and our children 10 and 8.
The apartment was clean, well maintained and the kitchen was very well equipped. It had everything we needed and made a great base for our time in Portugal.

Excellent apartment, well located
Last week we (2 adultes + 3 children) rented an excellent apartment for a fair price. The location is very good: just a few minutes by car to the sea and to the supermarket. The facilities inside and outside the apartment are perfect. Everything is in it! The pool is nice and quiet; probably too much chloride, but that is a detail. The property was clean and well maintainde, And the contact with the owner was super. We -absolutely- would recommend this apartment.

Long sandy beaches at Falesia can be easily accessed by car in 5-8 minutes. Parking is easy and there is a beach cafe and sun loungers available.
The village of Olhos d'Agua is close by providing lots of lovely restaurants and a small sandy cove.
Faro airport is just 25-30 minutes drive along the EN125. Car hire is recommended and can be picked up at the airport, if you wish to see the beautiful Portuguese countryside. Taxis are also available. There is a local bus service from the village to the surrounding area, timetables are available at the main stops.
Vilamoura with its fine harbour and restaurants is about 10 minutes by car. If you are looking for more bustle, Albufeira is 20 minutes drive. Loule (about 20/25 minutes) is a typical Portuguese market town - visit on market day and see the locals out shopping.
Local restaurants and shops are 2 minute drive, 15 minute walk. The local restaurant, specialising in fish, is just a few minutes walk. Water and entertainment parks are available for the children within a short distance. Watersports are available on main beaches, horseriding and bicycling also available locally. Maps, books and local information available in the apartment.
There are plenty of reading books in the apartment if required.
Booking Notes: Booking is easy just call or e-mail owner. A 25% non-refundable deposit with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival at apartment. Refundable deposit for breakages/damage. No smoking within the apartment please. Smokers are asked to use the outside areas. Changeover Day: There is flexibility for changeover days and we will always try to accommodate individual requirements if possible. Notes on prices: Prices for apartment are per week in UK pounds. Payments in equivalent euros are welcomed. Prices include linen within the apartment. Discounts can be arranged for long winter lets.
