Beautiful property in great location.
Beautiful modern apartment with all amenities required for a relaxing vacation. The solarium was a great space with room to relax, sunbath and dine. Great view of pool which allowed the kids to play while we kept an eye on from terrace. Ideally located 2 minutes to local shops and restaurants and the beach was only a twenty minute walk away. Also only 20 minutes drive to Alicante Airport. Great correspondence and directions from host also. For those with a car it is a great launch pad fro exploring local towns and villages or larger cities to the north and south. Would not hesitate in recommending this first class property.
Fabulous, yet again!
This is the third time we have stayed at this apartment. It really has everything you could want for a relaxing holiday which caters for everyone. Our boys aged 8 & 6 enjoyed the pool - which is open until 10pm, a God send in the hot weather! Good wifi access is also an added bonus. The apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival and we could not fault anything; the location is also perfect - the beach is within walking distance as are the local bars and restaurants. Also, only a short walk to the bus stops and land train when we wanted to venture further afield. The apartment is perfect for both families or just adults. As mentioned previously, we have stayed here 3 times now and we are already planning on coming back next year, we really wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!

Fantastic apartment, spotlessly clean, roof terrace big big thumbs up, loved it.
Really quiet area, so peaceful, beautiful pool. We spent a lot of time at nearby bars and restaurants which were a very short walk away. We used ' train' to go into centre for food shop at Mercodona. Got bus to Alicante for the day, everything was so easy as we just wanted to relax and chill. Spoke to owner Steve few times, he is such a lovely, lovely understanding man and I would recommend this apartment to my family and friends.
Great holiday apartment
We really enjoyed our holiday at this lovely apartment. It has all the things you need for a relaxing holiday with nothing to worry about. There are all the essentials you need along with terrific views of the surrounding area including the sea, from the roof terrace. Steve could not have been more helpful.
We've stayed at this apartment a couple of times before and is a perfect location for a quick holiday. We've always found the owner to be very helpful with advice on the area, how to get about etc and organising a taxi from the airport, he also supplies excellent information on the apartment, restaurant, buses etc. The apartment is well laid out, clean, tidy, bright and well equipped. The downstairs balcony is a perfect place to sit and watch the world go by. The roof garden is private and catches the sun quite well (although it was March), I should think in the summer it's a real sun trap. The location was ideal for us with restaurants and the beach close by where we had some wonderful walks along it. Los Arenales is a short walk away, Santa Pola and Alicante can be reach easily by bus. All in all an excellent holiday and we will be going again.

For the fishermen, the area is well served with excellent carp, barbel and black bass fishing on the many local reservoirs, coast and deep sea fishing is also available.
The golden sands of Carabassi beach is 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The beach is a very long sandy beach stretching from Aranales de Sol nearly to Santa Pola and is bordered with rolling dunes.
Alicante Airport is 10 minutes drive, Murcia 45 min and Benidorm 45 min. The area is served by a good local bus service, taxi and a local 'road train'.
The sea side town of Arenales de Sol is 10 minutes drive which has promenade, resturants etc. The fishing town of Santa Pola is 15 minutes drive and has many tourist amenities, castle, resturants and bars. Close by is a Sarfari Park. Alicante with its many large shops is 20 minutes drive. The ancient town of Elche with its Palm forest is 20 minutes. Benidorm 45 minutes which boasts a large Theme Park, Nature Park, Large water Park and Dolphinarium. There are many attractions within the area.
Novamar/ Gran Alicant is well served with local, Chinese and Indian resturants, bars and supermarkets, wine merchants and banks. Santa Pola has a popular fish market and local market for fresh produce.
Booking Notes: A £100 deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday, together with a refundable security/damage deposit of £100. Please note there is a €50 cleaning charge payable in Spain at the end of your holiday. Changeover Day: Generally guests are requested to vacate by 10am and access by 3pm on day of arrival but changeovers are flexible as we understand flight times vary.
