This lovely three-bedroomed apartment with spectacular views over the Mediterranean towards Gibraltar and the Moroccan coast is ideally situated. It is only 300m across the road from an unspoilt beach with its own 'chiringuito' (beach restaurant), within 10 minutes drive of at least nine golf courses and close to both the exclusive marina at Sotogrande and the marina at Puerto Duquesa with its lively nightlife and restaurants.

Notes on accommodation: The IPTV Box gives the guests access to more than 40 TV Channels including Sky Sports and other channels, hundreds of movies and catch up TV. The communal pool is suitable for children under supervision. A cot or high chair may be available on payment of an additional sum, if required. There is a hairdryer available for use by guests also. Outside: There is a large terrace for 'al fresco' dining with a good-sized outdoor dining table and chairs, Gas BBQ and sunloungers. A path near to the terrace leads through the gardens to the communal pool (about 25 meters away) for swimming and sunbathing - there are many sunloungers around the pool (10 x 6 meters) together with toilet facilities. There is secure underground car parking with lift access/stairs to the ground floor. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels (including pool towels) are provided for use by guests. Linen is changed weekly for lets of more than one week.

A wonderful apartment in a quiet location

We had a lovely stay here. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The area of Manilva is a quiet, quite untouched spot. The beaches aren’t full of crowds and there is plenty of choice of beaches and restaurants to drive to. The complex pool is clean and a good size, it is also secure for children. Would come back here.

Lovely apartment

We had a lovely two weeks in this apartment, fully equipped and leading out onto the garden. We had the pool to ourselves the first week which was a bonus. The apartment block is up a slight incline, but is gated and very quiet. You will need a car, not only for the airport transfer, but also for amenities. The area is great with Sotogrande, Gibraltar, Caseres and Estepona within easy reach. We also visited Fuengirola for old times sake, but won’t rush back, preferring our peaceful location. The beach is in walking distance, but you do need to cross a major road which may prove tricky with young children. There are two places to eat on the beach and each beach in the area has a churingito. We saw dolphins whilst eating at the Seaside restaurant.

We would recommend the apartment for families with older children (but not so old they’re looking for nightlife) or couples.

All Good, everything clean and usable, lovely location, helpful and friendly caretaker

Arrived after 1am and the Lin the caretaker stayed up to welcome us in to the apartment which was much appreciated.

Lovely sized apartment with great views, lovely terrace and pool. Something for the whole family.

Only one negative was that the biggest room was used as a twin with the smallest for the double, might be better the other way around.

All in all a lovely location and accommodation, and very easy for touring the region having taken in the nearby Roman Baths, Jerez and a few Bodegas and the lovely old town in Marbella. All in all a smashing apartment in a great location. Steve, Debs and Family

Lovely accommodation in a great location

We had a great stay in this apartment, it's well laid out, very clean and had everything we needed to keep my teenage stepson and my in-laws happy all week. The quality of furniture, fittings, etc was very good; comfortable beds and sofas. Bedrooms 2 & 3 and the shared bathroom are on the small side, but this is a compromise we were happy to make for the larger kitchen & lounge / diner. The outdoor space is a real plus - the terrace & lawn are great for sunbathing and outdoor dining.

Location wise, we visited Duquesa, Sotogrande, Tarifa & Gibraltar - it's a great base for the beach and for exploring the region. Lin, the meet & greet lady was helpful and friendly, with fantastic local knowledge

We'll definitely return & I would recommend to others

Relaxing holiday

Apt was very clean and well maintained. Beautiful views from our terrace. Gardens and pool area well kept. Neighbours, some residential some holidaymakers, but all were very friendly. As the property was in a gated are, this made you feel very safe, especially as we have two children. Beautiful sandy beaches across the road as well as a delicious beach bar, we ended up eating there most evenings. The road is on a bus route for the coast but I would recommend a car for easier access to shopping etc. We would definitely return and I would highly advised this property for family and couples looking for a relaxing holiday with great beaches and opportunities to visit castles, churches, Gibraltar and water parks. Thanks.

An unspoilt beach across the road, with its own beach bar/restaurant, is only 300m away. The beautiful beaches at Sabinillas, Duquesa , Torreguardiaro, Sotogrande and Alcaidesa boast good beaches with many watersports including windsurfing, sailing and pedalos. At Gibraltar and La Linea (about 20-25 minutes' drive) you can go out on dolphin watching and fishing trips. A waterpark is open in the Summer in Algeciras, 30 minutes away.


Gibraltar airport is a 20-25 minute drive with flights from London Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Bristol, Manchester and Birmingham. Malaga Airport is about an hour on the E15 (AP7) toll road and Jerez Airport is about 1.5 hours by motorway. Car hire is really essential but cabs are plentiful and can be easily arranged for evenings out to the local bars and restaurants at the local marinas of Duquesa and Sotogrande, the sea front at Torrequadiaro and the town of Pueblo Nuevo de Guadiaro, if required.


Sotogrande, Duquesa, Sabinillas and Estepona are all within a 10 minute drive. Puerto Banus and Marbella with their designer shops, restaurants and nightlife are only about a 25 minute drive. The white villages of Manilva, dating back to Roman times, and San Roque are only a short drive away and Casares, another spectacular white village, is well worth a drive with many excellent restaurants to visit en route.

Further Details:

There are many shops and supermarkets in Duquesa, Sabinillas and Sotogrande where you can find most things you might need together with numerous international restaurants ranging from typical Spanish to Japanese. The closest supermarket (Eroski) is at the next roundabout from the apartment towards Duquesa and there are three large supermarkets (Mercadona ,Supercor and Lidl) in Pueblo Nuevo de Guariaro near to Sotogrande , a Mercadona in Duquesa and another Lidl in Sabinillas. There is an English butcher in Puerto Duquesa and Pueblo Nuevo and English newspapers can be found in both places as well as a small shop along the coast road in Torreguardiaro. Booking Notes:
A non-refundable booking fee of 25% of the rental cost will secure a booking and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Check availability and book through this site. We strongly recommend you take out adequate travel insurance to cover this eventuality and your personal possessions.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is Friday or Saturday in the peak season but negotiable outside that season - please enquire. The apartment will be available from 4 pm on arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on day of departure.

Notes on prices:
Prices shown are for the property per week (7 nights) in UK Pounds. 3/4 day breaks are available outside the peak period for £75 per night. Longer lets and last minute lets at reduced rates are possible. Please enquire. Mid-stay cleaning and linen change can be arranged with my representative at cost but is not included in the price.
