The owner of the property is Christopher Bradfield, an Entrepreneur who has several successful businesses to his credit among them a 4 star hotel in Christchurch in Dorset, England, called the 'Captains Club Hotel'. Christopher was the founder member of the company 'Sounds Commercial' a market leader in producing live events and Corporate Conference's across Europe. His ideology is to provide the highest quality service, whilst providing value for money. Christopher began his Algarve Villa Rental venture in 2004 with 'Casa Sarah', a 5 bedroom detached Villa in Albardeira Parque. By providing modern properties beautifully decorated and well managed by local Lagos man Dinis Rodrigues, he has steadily built a Portfolio comprising of 4 exceptional Villas and also an executive Apartment.

This modern property is located within walking distance to all of the amenities, being just a 10 minute walk to the beach of 'Meai Praia' and just a 6 minute walk to the excellent 'Marina De Lagos' and consequently only a further 5 minutes to the centre of Lagos town, conveniently accessed via the modern swing bridge from the Marina to the main Avenida. Also, nearby are a great choice of Restaurants, Bars, Cafes and Bistro's each providing healthy eating options and Portuguese hospitality. The property enjoys excellent views from it's south facing balcony, towards the beach of Meai Praia and the old town. A great place to unwind, after a long day sun bathing on the beach, or, having returned from Dolphin watching...

A well appointed great base for exploring Largos and the surrounding area.
We had a great stay in the apartment, it was well appointed and very comfortable. The balcony is wonderful and if you enjoy cooking the kitchen has all the pots pans knives etc that you need. This is a great base for largos and having secure parking is a bonus. We found great restaurants in Largos and free parking at the marina. The Alvor estuary is wonderful for birdwatching Ospreys, black winged kites, perigrines and we saw a Dartford Warbler at the fort at Sagres. We would book again.
The apartment is a real home from home with everything you need for a great holiday. The area is in a quiet location but close to everything (15 min to beach, 15 min to Marina & 20 min to town). The complex is very clean and while we were there never crowded. There is a steepish hill to climb on the way back but this did not really bother us. Lagos is a really nice town with plenty of places to eat & drink. Busy but not to overcrowded with a good atmosphere. Would recommend hiring a car (we used lagorent via economycarhire with no problems). There are some really nice resorts nearby if you want a change, Alvor, Praia da Luz & Silema are all different but worth a visit. Dealing with owner Chris was also easy & straight forward which always helps. Overall we had a really enjoyable holiday and would certainly look at booking this apartment again.

Recently returned from a weeks stay at this beautiful apartment. It was spotlessly clean, modern with all mod cons. Lovely location within walking distance to beach and marina. Very peaceful, enjoyed having an early morning coffee listening to the sea! Spacious and secure. Excellent communication from owner Chris from the offset. Situated just 1km from Meia Praia, one of the Algarves longest beaches and close to the lovely Marina and its restaurants, in this delightful town of Lagos, this apartment is in a perfect location to be able to enjoy all of the amenities.
Fresh fish restaurants abound on almost every beach front. Only three minutes by car are the beaches of 'Praia De Ana' arguably one of the Algarves most famous beaches, 'Praia De Mos, and the villages of 'Luz' and 'Salema' exploring at its best!
Nearest Airport Faro only 80kms away direct access is available via the A22 from the Airport gates. The journey takes approx 60minutes by car.
Lisbon the nearest Ferry port and is a distance of 360km.

Lagos is full of excellent restaurants catering for all types of taste. Fresh fish abounds and the choice is quite fantastic, however one or two are exceptional.
Sao Roque - **** The Fresh Fish Restaurant on the beach
Situated right on the beach at the town harbour side of Meia Praia beach is this popular fish restaurant. The staff are very friendly and very professional and the fish is brought to the restaurant daily. You can choose your fish from the display as you enter the restaurant and the choice is varied from Golden Bream, Sea Bass, Large or small sole to Stone Bass and Red snapper plus John Dory. If you like fish this restaurant is unlikely to disappoint you and some people have reported that it is worthy of the flight alone!
Sao Roque can be accessed from the rear of the railway station behind the Marina, simply drive to the end of the road and onto the beach. It is the last building on the left. There is ample parking available.
Is an experience not to be missed, here you can dine inside for a real Portugese five star experience book for the night of your choice.
Chefs entrée is served before your first course arrives and consists of liver Pate, soft cheese, French toast, soft bread rolls, butter, local fish pate, carrots in garlic (the local speciality entrée) and completed by a bacon in brandy flambé still in flame. - This is before your starter arrives!
The meal is always finished with a choice of Lemon hotshot or firewater accompanied by almonds and figs offered in a Portuguese almond table sack.
Bars in Lagos
The Bars at the end of the RUA de 25 ABRIL in which the restaurant Dom Sebastian is situated are plentiful and this particular spot is where the action is considered to be, sixties and seventies music are popular, with 'Stones' and 'Zanzibar' good haunts.
