On the best part of Seven Mile Beach. Powdery sand, water sports and great snorkeling right out your door. Near to restaurants, bars & Camana Bay's shopping and activities. Our 2nd and 3rd floor condo has been completely renovated with new everything! Unlike other units at Island Pine Villas, our loft bedroom was enlarged and enclosed. If you stay with us you have a cozy, private upstairs bedroom with small, en suite bathroom w/shower, in addition to the downstairs(2nd floor) bedroom w/sundeck. There is a local manager to handle any needs that may arise.

About Mikki Ryan
Our family hase been traveling to the Cayman Islands for years. We love the courteous people and the wide array of activities. The beach is the best we've ever visited. Our last visit, we were wading with a school of angel fish! Our 9 year old son is completely spoiled having learned to swim and snorkel in the waters of Cayman! Swimming in the ocean of the northeastern US is not the same! We're fortunate to now have a place we can call home in Grand Cayman.
Mikki Ryan purchased this Condo in 2015
Why Mikki Ryan chose George Town
We chose this property because it is a small complex. You can be on the beach in 2 minutes and don't have to walk through a lobby! The pool is always warm. It's in a prime location. Beach is at it's sandiest and we don't need a car as we can walk to shopping, restaurants and the movies at Camana Bay. Now that the unit is completely renovated it's like home for us.
What makes this Condo unique
Our unit is unique in that we expanded and enclosed our loft bedroom and added a bathroom! The loft doesn't have windows and the ceiling is sloped, but now we have two private bedrooms and bathrooms. It's great for when our whole family comes down. We consider this an amenity and do not charge more for the extra bathroom and privacy. In addition to our local manager, Island Pines Villas has an onsite manager. This is not the case in most condo rentals.

We had a great time. Kitchen set up well. Beach and restaurant great. A couple things that were minor, back sliding glass door does not lock. Also, it would be nice to have a small cooler for use at beach or traveling island. Gutters in front clogged, so front porch floods during rain bursts. Overall, would definitely come back and stay here again.
We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. As we strive to make our guests as comfortable as they can be, we wish you had brought your concerns to our attention. We would have fixed the door and gutters right away and would even have provided you with a cooler.
Great condo and location. Everyone was terrific.
It has been ten years since all of our children have been together on a vacation. We arrived with two of our adult children, and our oldest came in from California for the weekend to join us. The property at Island Pines was obviously renovated recently. The pictures accurately depict the property. I loved the beautiful countertops, stainless steel appliances, and new fixtures. The bed was very comfortable. The high ceiling in the living room makes the area feel roomy. All of Seven Mile Beach north of the Marriott is perfect. Besides scuba diving, our family enjoyed a trip to Crystal Caves. We went shopping in Camana Bay, and a mandatory trip to Pure Art where we found something for everyone. We enjoyed a spectacular dinner at Ave located in the new Kimpton Seafire Resort. I was able to keep up with my exercise by walking that glorious beach every morning, as is the habit of many on the island. The annual Flowers Mile Swim was relocated to start right in front of us. This was perfect since we were participating, and could rest in the AC before the start! Those who were not, were treated to a spectacular event. Great trip, and I would stay here again. There was construction going on for Camana Bay's beach area, so it was a bit noisy; however, that is temporary. Also, it took a few minutes to figure out that we had to enter the Royal Palms entry to access parking for the unit. The only suggestion I would make to the owner/manager would be in terms of the kitchen. Unlike many on vacation - we like to cook! We felt a bit limited with the selection of pots, pans, and bakeware. All in all, a great trip except that it ended too soon!
Great Place to stay, Met all expectations
My Family and I really enjoyed this condo, It was a great having the beach only a minute or two from the condo. We were with in walking distance to everything we needed. We did not need to rent a vehicle as just about all the activities that we went to had a pickup / drop off shuttle. Even the few times that we needed a taxi they were there on time. We will definitely reserve this location again
Perfect location! So close to the beautiful 7 Mile Beach. Has everything you need.
Centrally located, close to Camana Bay and Georgetown. Right on the beautiful 7 Mike Beach. Close to activities, restaurants, night life. Complete with amenities, washer and dryer included! Would definitely stay here again. Not one complaint. Perfect accommodations for our perfect vacation.
Updated, Clean & Close to Food & Entertainment
We enjoyed our stay at Island Pine Villas and will definitely consider coming back! The unit is clean, updated and quiet, although the complex is older and somewhat dated. The upstairs is fine for both of our kids - in fact they loved that it was so dark allowing them to sleep in, but the shower was too short for our 5'11" daughter. The beach can get busy on cruise days since many people come to the club next door but there is still plenty of beach to enjoy without feeling crowded. The location is convenient and easily walkable to many things that we took advantage of: the dive shop across the street that has almost everything, the Marriott down the beach that brings great live music nearly every night, Coconut Joe's for awesome fish tacos, and Andy's car rental among many others. The unit is a very good value and I would recommend it to those who want more space than a hotel room, close proximity to food & entertainment and still enjoy Cayman on a budget. Also, if you are scuba diving (we got certified here), we used Living the Dream - they were awesome and come with our HIGHEST rating (ask for Kate and tell her Chaka recommended her!).
Camana Bay is a short walk from apartment. In addition to shopping, restaurants and cinema: They have a farmer's market on Wednesdays. Free outdoor kids movie on Tuesday, as well as fountains kids can play in. Various special events throughout the year.
