A 5 minute walk from the heart of Juan-les-Pins, its beautiful beaches, bars, restaurants, and boutiques, this wonderful apartment is located in the prestigious Residence Le Pavois boasting beautiful communal gardens, a fantastic large private swimming pool, a tennis court and club house with table tennis. The apartment features a large lounge with modern furniture, large screen LCD TV, DVD and stereo; separate modern kitchen equipped with modern day appliances and cooking utensils; a lovely bathroom with corner bath, and separate WC; 1 bedroom with double bed, mirrored wardrobes, side tables and French patio doors opening up onto a covered terrace. Discover the Cote d’Azur….beyond Juan les Pins!: A perfect base from which to explore the French Riviera, the apartment’s unique location provides easy access by train to the amazing Cote d’Azur coastline, from St Tropez to Monaco, (even crossing the Italian border to Ventimiglia!). By car, you can reach the regions several National Parks and quaint villages, art galleries (don't miss out St Paul!), museums, gardens or take the coastal drive, along the Promenade des Anglais to the city of Nice and its charming old town, continuing onto coastal villages of Villefranche, Eze and onto Monaco, all within an hour, with Theoule & St Tropez in the other direction. Inland, discover the Gorge du Verdon, lavender fields and vineyards within a few hours drive, ski resorts of Isola 2000, Auron and Valberg all reachable in an hour and a half. Great little getaway

We stayed at the apartment for a week in June 2015.

The apartment is pretty, well equipped and well maintained- a home from home. The garden is a little oasis of tranquillity- we spent far more time there than we had intended for meals, drinks and sunbathing under the palm tree with the swimming pool just to hand at the bottom of the garden. The pool was lovely and quiet and we mainly had it to ourselves.

A very short walk takes you to all that Juan Les Pins has to offer. Lots of great bars and restaurants and the beach. The train station is also a short walk away, making it easy to explore the area..

Mamta is very helpful and obviously proud of her home.

In conclusion the apartment is in a perfect location - close to all the action but peaceful when you're in it, making it a lovely space to spend time in. We will certainly return. I fact I could live there!

Lovely apartment, great location

Spacious and homely apartment with a wonderful sunny terrace, a few paces from a well kept communal pool and tennis court. The pool is great for kids with a good shallow area, ideal temperature too. The location is perfect, 5 mins to beaches and the nightlife yet very quiet. The owner Mamta is exceptionally helpful and clearly enjoys sharing her second home with likeminded people. We will definitely consider returning in 2015.

Fantastic apartment in perfect location.

Superb one bedroom apartment fully equipped in a fantastic location close to Antibes / Juan les pins. Beautiful outside terrace and garden with access to a really great pool. This was our 9th trip to this area and without doubt this apartment ticked more boxes than any of the others. Mamta has created a real "home from home" feel to her apartment and she made every possible effort to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as she could. My wife and I are sure that in the near future we will be stopping at the apartment again.

I suppose I should have written a bad review to give us more chance of availability !!

The apartment was all we expected and more

we enjoyed our 2 weeks very much, exploring the area by train returning in the evening to a swim in the pool and a late supper on the terrace. the apartment is well equipped and comfortable and situated in a quiet area close to both Antibes and Juan les Pins, so walking to all amenities easy and quick.

Just Perfect!

This apartment was just perfect for us. A few minutes to the centre, nice little garden + pool, everything clean and modern and a "101 Dalmatines" Video for the Kids. We enjoyed our holiday much and expect to come again!

Two Fantastic Weeks in a Fantastic Apartment

We stayed for two weeks in August 2012. The apartment was fantastic and exactly as described and felt like a real home from home. There was plenty of space for the three of us in the apartment which is extremely well kept and has everything that is needed for a relaxing break. Our 5 year old daughter loved the swimming pool, which is located in wonderful landscaped gardens. The apartment itself has its own private garden and terrace where we spent most of our days. The beach and all necessary amenities are very close by and the centre of Juan les Pins is only a 5 minute walk away.

We found the owner, Mamta, an absolute joy to deal with and she was very helpful throughout, even leaving lots of useful local information for us at the apartment. The attention to detail and the personal level of service is second to none. We were met upon arrival by the local agent who was always on hand to help out with anything that was needed. The apartment has a secure parking space, but you do not need a car as the train station is only a few minutes walk away.

All in all the apratment is superb. We have rented many apartments but this one, by far, offered everything that we needed for a fantastic holiday. In fact we loved it so much we are going back again next year.
