The apartments are situated in the well laid out development that was part of the house and extensive stables owned by Eva Peron of 'Evita' fame and very popular with holiday makers. The development is laid out in the Andalucian Style with apartments set in tiers. Both apartments were redecorated November 2014 to a very high standard and are situated in Block 2 of the Pueblo Evita Complex. Air conditioning has now been installed in both apartments. There are 2 outdoor swimming pools, one of which is located on a rooftop, plus one heated indoor pool, this being open during winter months. The complex has two bars on site, The Clubhouse Restaurant with evening entertainment and Sams Sports Bar which offers sky sports and a games room. The apartments have been set up to receive ITV Channel 4 and all BBC Channels, including BBC radio stations.We have now also added another sky dish to receive all Sky free channels,our sky box will also accept your own personal sky card so you can watch your normal tv package. The location of the Complex is ideally located with local attractions within close proximity. These include Tivoli World Theme Park, Paloma Park where you can visit Selwo Marina plus many more. Well equipped apartment with lovely sunny balconies
Once again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 243 Pueblo Evita. It’s location is ideal for the beach, shops and buses. Although uphill the railway station is also within walking distance.
The Pueblo Evita complex is quiet with a mixture of holiday apartments and residential apartments mainly occupied by Spanish people whom I found to be very pleasant.
The apartment has always been well equipped but it’s nice to see that it has continously been upgraded with a very comfortable king sized bed and wi fi. Having two large sunny balconies with a panoramic view the apartment is ideal for just sitting outside relaxing or sunbathing. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone who likes to have all amenities close by.
Great place to stay
The apartment is situated to the rear of the complex. it is accessed by four flights of steps so would not be suitable for those with walking difficulties of wheelchairs. Views from the balcony look towards the mountains and a tennis centre. The main road is below but we didn't notice any traffic noise. The two balconies are west facing so there is sun all afternoon and evening.The apartment is airy and unfussy. There were plenty of towels for the bathroom. There is a large bedroom with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. There is an over head fan and aircon ( which we did not need to use) in the living room. Wifi was fitted when we were there. The TV has UK freeview channels. All you need, kettle cooker. toaster etc in in the kitchen area. There is also an iron and board and hairdryer. Simon was helpful throughout the booking process and responded quickly to our emails. We chose to collect the keys onsite, but Simon usually sends the keys to you. We used the pool area on two occasions. When we were there (May)it was quiet. The pool area is clean, but there is not a lot of space around it. There is a large supermarket across the road which is a two minutes walk away. Wine at 3 euros, cava at less than 2. Beer at 22 cents a can. Fresh bread and pastries. There is an excellent wine bar and coffee shop close by. The beach is about 5 minutes walk away. Along the front there are numerous bars and restaurants. Breakfast about 5 euros. Coffee and cake 3 euros. However the meals on the front are quite expensive. We found much better value and quality in the Arroyo area. This is about 10 minute walk towards the train station ( leave the apartment from rear , turn left and walk up hill). Its about a 30 minute walk to the marina. Very nice, had the best chinese buffet on the upper level and the worst, and most expensive glass of rioja at wine bar there. Trains to Fueingerola and Malaga cheap and regular. Both worth a visit The weather was great for the 7 days. I would recommend the apartment ( 1 bed) for a visit to Benalmadena.

Ticked all the boxes lovely apartment with 2 balconies which attracts the sun all day.
Great pool with good onsite facilities plus sams bar which does good food and beers and has live sport on very reasonable prices.

Two very good properties each with their own character
These two apartments are very good on an excellent complex. The one bedroom apartment has two good sized terrace’s with excellent views, is well equipped, comfortable, bright and airy.
The two bedroom apartment is also well equipped and comfortable but a little gloomy compared to the one bedroom apartment but should not put anyone off from staying here. The large single terrace is great for soaking up the sun and when sitting under the large canopy, watching the electrical storms and the rain!
We had a great week at the Peublo Evita apartments with all you want in easy reach. Sams bar was disappointing but bye are two great bars, Cherry,s and the Beach bar and Cafe at the bottom of the hilll down from the reception.
One note of caution is that there are many many steps so may not be suitedable for the less mobile
Lovey one bed apartment
This apartment is spacious both inside and out, with 2 large verandas which give the feeling of space. Kitchen is well equipped and has an oven which was good to have. The bedroom is large with a king size bed , and plenty of wardrobe space. We enjoyed our stay and Wendy and Simon were quick to answer any queries. We do feel that the number of steps to access apartment might not suit everybody . Thank you Wendy and Simon for a lovely break, we would recommend this accommodation.
The beach is just 5 minutes away.
Malaga airport is 20 minutes drive. Car hire and excursions can be arranged at Pueblo Evita reception.
From Pueblo Evita, Arroya is 10 mintues walk away, and Mijas is a 20 minute drive.
There are 2 small supermarkets close by, one stocking a range of British goods with a 2nd very large one just across the road. This one has provisions, meat, fish, fruit and vegetable departments for all your needs to self-cater. There are bars and bar/restaurants in and around the development. The train station in Arroyo has a service between Malaga and Fuengirola. Just down to the main road there are buses to Torremolinos and Malaga to the east and Fuengirola through to Gibraltar to the west.
Booking Notes: To confirm a booking a £100 non refundable deposit is required, then the balance is due 6 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £100 is required. This will be refunded to you when keys are returned and apartment has been checked after your departure. This is payable along with the balance. The 2 bedroom apartment prices are based on 4 people and 1 bedroom apartment based on 2 people,additional persons will be charged at an extra £25 per person per week Changeover Day: Saturday, but can be flexible You can enter the apartments from 2pm, and are asked to vacate by 10.30am.
