Close to METRO PORTE D'ORLEANS, RER, tramway, buses.
The apartment has been painted recently.
All windows are looking out on the garden.

We're a family of 4 with two teens. Just returned from 4 nights at this apartment and it was great. Exactly what was promised. Stay here and you won't be disappointed. Mimika (the owner) will take great care of you, answering any questions you may have and arranging your ground transportation.
There is a bus stop close by (less than 100 yds from the apartment) and we never waited more than a minute or two for a bus that whisked us right to the Metro station.

Me and my friends stayed in this flat for a 3 nights while visiting Paris and we liked it so much! The property was clean and spacious, there was everything we needed for relaxing and cooking. Kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary crockery and cutlery. Two separated bedrooms guaranteed a good sleep and privacy for 4 people, there was also comfortable living room for relaxing in the evening. Car parking was possible in the front of the building. Mimika was a nice host, she waited for us in the flat to hand over the keys and she made sure, that we have everything what we needed for stay. She told us some hints, what to see in the city and kindly provided us with some useful maps. There was a shop nearby and subway only 10 minutes walk from the appartment. Location was safe and clean. Definitelly we can recommend this appartment to the others visitors!
We stayed here for 3 nights, 2 adults and 4 kids ages 7, 5, 4 and 1. The owner was fabulous at meeting us when we got off the metro, explaining the whole metro system to us, and it was just a great place for the price. There was a grocery store right around the corner. It took about 20 min metro ride to get to most places, which was worth the lower cost in an apartment for us. It wasn't baby proof, but she had a pack n play that we set up and kept the baby in there while we were cooking, to keep her safe. Strongly recommend this apartment!

Stayed as family of 4 including 2 and 3 yr olds for a long weekend. Mimika (fluent in english) spent a long time with us on arrival offering invaluable guidance on sights and public transport which was vital to us travelling with a double buggy!
The apartment met all our requirements and was clean and quiet. The area felt very safe. Bit disappointing eating options locally but central paris has no shortages of great dining options. Very handy and decent supermarket 2mins walk.

My wife and I and our two friends stayed here in Sept 2013. As noted in other reviews, the apartment is really well located for easy access to the wonderful Paris Metro and RER and bus network.
During our 5 night stay we mostly used the RER to get to and from central Paris. The Laplace RER is an easy 10 min walk. Large shopping centre also nearby with Monoprix supermarket, restaurants and other stores.
The apartment was exactly as described and the photos are accurate. It was clean and looked well maintained.
The owner, Mimika, was marvellous. During the initial booking process and in the time leading up to our arrival she was very helpful, providing us with information regarding buying tickets as early as possible for the Thalys train from Brussels and the EuroStar to London as well as the 5 day Paris Visite ticket for use during our stay. She met us at Porte d'Orlean Metro as arranged and walked with us to the apartment. On arrival she gave us a detailed explanation of all public transport options and how they all connect as well as the best routes to use to get to all the main attractions and also to get back to Gare Du Nord to catch the Eurostar to London. We thought the apartment was very good value for money compared to some of the others we looked at.
The apartment is located between an RER station and a Metro station. Both of them are at a distance less than 500 metres. By line 4, which crosses Paris from south to north and has the most important number of connections you can go everywhere easily. On this line there are 3 railway stations: MONTPARNASSE, GARE DE L'EST and GARE DU NORD from where TGV trains (300km/h) go to LILLE, BREST, NANTES, STRASBOURG , EUROSTAR for LONDON and THALYS for BRUSSELS. By RER (express subway) line B go directly to ROISSY CDG AIRPORT, STADIUM OF FRANCE at SAINT DENIS, GARE DU NORD or QUARTIER LATIN. With only one connection go to TOUR EIFFEL, VERSAILLES CASTLE, DISNEYLAND or GARE DE LYON, GARE D'AUSTERLITZ (TGV for LYON , MARSEILLE, BORDEAUX). At bus station PORTE D'ORLEANS take 68, 38, 28 and go to LOUVRE MUSEUM, OPERA, NOTRE-DAME, BEAUBOURG or to LE PRINTEMPS and GALERIES LAFAYETTE stores.All night long, buses NOCTILIEN N14 & N21 are connecting the flat to PLACE DU CHATELET(PARIS geographic center).

A discount of 10% is applied to the total bill if the apartment is rented for more than 2 weeks.
A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking by bank transfer (swift). Bank fees at your charge. The balance must then be paid on your arrival in cash.
A refundable security deposit of 300€ is payable at check-in.
