It is laid out on two floors. Downstairs there is a living / dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, guest WC / shower and rear utility area / courtyard. Upstairs there are two bedrooms one with a small balcony and the other a terrace. From the bedrooms there are lovely views of mount Montgo and the communal gardens. The property benefits from air-conditioning and heating and wifi. The house is set in marvelous grounds stocked with bougainvillea and olive trees and with a fabulous communal swimming pool which cascades over 5 levels for the exclusive use of the occupants of the apartments and town houses. On site and within walking distance there is a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, horse riding and tennis courts. The beaches and restaurants at Denia and Javea are within easy reach by car
Getting there: The house can be reached easily from junction 62 of the A7 motorway which runs north-south along Spain's Mediterranean coast. The most convenient airports are Valencia and Alicante which are less than one hour drive. From the UK low cost fares can be obtained by Easy jet and British Airways. It is also possible to drive from Barcelona airport(5 hours). It is a 9 hour drive from Santander for those wishing to take a Ferry from Plymouth with Brittany Ferries. If you prefer to drive from the UK then it takes 2 or 3 days from Calais depending on how fast you drive and how much of France you want to see en route!
