Great place for a large family or two families to share. This is a four-bedroom, fully equipped, luxury townhome across the street from the base of the Winter Park ski resort. Big enough to sleep ten in the bedrooms and to seat 13 in the dining room area. Two of the bedrooms are master suites, each with king-sized beds and full baths.

In addition to providing a picture postcard view of the ski area, the unit also has a Jacuzzi, heated one-car garage, wireless internet service, radiant floor heating, washer, dryer, and 3 TVs.

Two more bedrooms and a full bath are found on the top level of the townhome. One bedroom has bunk-bed style bedding. This room houses a twin over a full. The fourth bedroom contains a double bed with a twin-sized trundle pull-out. There is also a small seating area on this top level which can be used as an office.

Very close to the Winter Park base.

Great All Season Family Location

We just returned after a week stay at this wonderful Condo. It is like being in your own home with a fully furnished bedrooms, kitchen with every item you will need to cook for a large group. The floor plan allows for privacy in the bed rooms but, provides ample room for group dinning and in the living room. The spa on the deck offers a beautiful view of the mountains and spectacular sunsets. This is a perfect location for local downhill skiing, cross county skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling, and it is 1:30 minutes to Steamboat. A great base for hiking, fly fishing, cross county/downhill biking in the summer. We are ready to return DON'T miss a excellent Condo in a beautiful location.

We stayed for 2 nights in late Jan 2016. We were two families (total of 4 adults and 4 kids). We have stayed at a number of condos in Winter Park for the last 3 winters, and this was the best. The kitchen is very well stocked with tools and utensils, and there are lots of games to play. The layout was perfect for us, with kids upstairs (out of earshot) and the adults in the two master suites on the main level. The large hot tub is on the deck, 10 ft from the door, and has a great mountain view. There is parking for 3 cars (1 in the garage and 2 outside, under the deck). The garage is oversized, so plenty of space for ski gear, as well as a large vehicle. The heated floors were a nice touch. It is worth knowing that this is not on one of the resort shuttle routes. We got around this by either walking to the base (20 mins) or shuttling the kids to the skier drop-off lot (2-3 min drive). The owner/manager is local and very responsive, which is not the case for every condo. I would highly recommend this townhouse for families.

High Quality condo, great layout, fully stocked kitchen

We loved this condo for our spring break ski trip. The layout was great for us. The dining room table was the perfect size for our large party. The manager was very responsive to any questions we had. The kitchen was well stocked to accommodate our large meals. We really liked the radiant floor heating. This is a high quality condo. Great view of the slopes. We would stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this Lakota rental. It had everything we needed and more! The view from the hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing. We will definitely consider staying at this rental again one day!
