This VRBO page is for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located on the second floor of Casa Perla.

This suite has a master bedroom with a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet), the second bedroom has a king size bed and a twin size bed. The main bathroom has a sink, toilet, bathtub and shower. Large full kitchen that is great for entertaining. A bar to sit at the island and also a dining area that seats six people. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Private patio areas overlooking the ocean. Access to enjoy the shared roof top patio that has a very large sun tanning/lounging area and a pool. Can’t beat the sun and the view from this area of the house!

Why Nelinda Vanzella-Gustafson chose Salina Grande

Well, this house was made with love, sweat and tears at times! We have built this home ourselves with the help of an amazing crew of workers. It’s taken two years but we have finally finished and excited to invite guests to enjoy this house as much as we do.

We bought this land in the mid-1990s and hoped to the always build a house that was big enough for the family to come and stay all together as well as rent it while we aren’t here so that others can have a chance to enjoy it as much as we do.

We started coming to this island as a family and fell in love with it right away. The ferry ride over with the warm breeze and the light splashes gives us that warm and cozy feeling as if we are arriving at our second home. The island was appealing to us not only for its beauty but the fact that it is safe and we could just let the kids play and enjoy our holiday without a worry. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming and it’s easy to just settle in once you arrive and start enjoying your holiday right away.

The other reason we love this island is the food! There are all different types of cuisine here and so many amazing restaurants to choose from.

What makes this condo unique

As we often say, “this view never gets old”. Whether you sit on the patio to watch the sun rise, enjoy it in the afternoon when you might see a pod of dolphins swim by or in the evening when the sun is setting, you will never be disappointed. This is why we decided when planning the design of this house, that there MUST BE a rooftop patio and pool area for all the guests to enjoy.

On the days you don’t feel like making your own coffee and breakfast there is a very popular place just a block away, The Mango Café. We have a large grocery store that is walking distance from our house which will have everything you need including a liquor section, bakery, deli, beach accessories and lots of import food for the days that you are craving something from home.

A quick cab ride from the famous Playa Norte. Featured in numerous reviews as being one of the top 10 beaches in the world!

Great place! Very helpful and informative managment team.

Two couples that stayed 4 nights. The condo was very clean and functional. The views off the back balcony were amazing! Also, the manger of the property was very responsive about any question or concern we had. We would definetly stay at Casa Perla again!

Loved it!

This was our first vacation in 17 years without our children and it exceeded my expectations. The condo was beautiful and clean. Our view from the balcony was gorgeous. We opened up the windows and door to let the breezes come in. We will definitely be back and we are hoping to take our children next time. We loved the island.

Casa Perla Raises the Bar!

Casa Perla is perfect in so many ways! The lay out is perfect for two couples or a family, simple yet elegant in every detail. The beds are great, good showers for everyone and everything is clean, I mean very clean. A relatively new build, Casa Perla is great shape and well appointed, everything works like new, plumbing, light switches and etc. The kitchen / common area has a smooth layout and the views are spectacular! This was our third trip to Isla, future trips will be planned around the availability of Casa Perla. We are already planning our next stay, in fact we are considering all three suites for a week. Yeah, it's that good, so nice that like Isla itself, we almost hate to share it.

This property is perfect! The view is incredible (it’s nothing I have ever seen before) and the suite is modern, clean and has everything you need. I was blown away with the cleaning service and everything that came along with this suite, island and all. We can’t wait to go back!!

Stayed with my three daughters. Plenty of room. Beautifully decorated.Very clean. Excellent, breathtaking views. Felt very safe was perfect location on Island. Sunrise views, Beach access, and a lovely home.

Highly recommend staying here - the ocean views are amazing, you are literally right on a cliffside with ladder-access to a beach covered in conch shells and such. Isla Mujeres is easy to get around, so do not let the location of this VRBO deter you at all!

Make sure you rent a golf cart from the host - prices are better than you'll get anywhere else on the island and its a super fun way to get around - you won't regret it!

Skip the underwater museum, unless you're a scuba diver - in my opinion it's not worth the snorkling, but DO check out all the beaches on the North side.
