Enjoy a vacation break at this bright, modern pool villa with a seaside theme, where it'll be easy to relax and feel at home.

Redecorated to be light and airy throughout with all bedrooms carpeted and floor tiles elsewhere, the home is equipped with brand new furniture, fans and kitchen/electrical appliances. New high-spec AirCon and Pool Heating systems means that you can chill-out away from the Florida heat and swim in comfort during the winter season.

With 4 bedrooms (two with King Beds), overall there's enough beds to sleep up to 9 persons. The Master Bedroom has its own walk-in closet and there's generous storage space provided in the other bedrooms by fitted louvred closets, all with shelves, hanging rails and hangers. The Master Bedroom has an ensuite shower/toilet room and there's a Jack & Jill bathroom between the 2nd & 3rd Bedrooms. Conveniently, the 3rd shower/toilet can be accessed directly from the pool/lanai area, as well as from the hallway.

The kitchen has been refurbished into European Style, with high gloss units, granite work surfaces providing ample space for cooking and has new stainless steel appliances. As well as crockery and flatware for 8 persons, there's all the other equipment you'd expect to find in a modern kitchen, including Toaster, Kettle, Coffee Maker, Breadmaker, Soupmaker, Bakeware, plus loads of utensils, etc

There are two inside areas for relaxing and dining in the cool under AirCon - during the day the family room is bathed in natural light from a sun-tube and is ideal for TV entertainment and informal eating, whereas the Lounge/Diner is a quieter place for relaxing and more formal eating, having two 3 seater leather sofas and dining table with seating for 6.

Outside, the lanai is fully screened to keep you bug free and there's plenty of chairs, loungers and footstools for dining or relaxing under the shaded area or for sunbathing. The large pool (26' x 18'.6") is fully heated and serviced weekly and the lanai/pool deck is enclosed by attractive and regularly maintained gardens. For outside cooking and dining, there's a 3 grill Weber gas BBQ and a convenient pass-through window to/from the kitchen.

For trips to the Park Shore private members beach, there's at least 6 folding Beach Chairs, a Beach umbrella, a coolbox and if needed, a beach cart to carry it all on!. If you're feeling energetic and want to do your bit for the environment, there's two cruiser style bikes - the roads around Park Shore are biker-friendly, with bike lanes, flat terrain and very courteous drivers.

For your convenience and enjoyment, the home comes with up-to-date communications technology and media entertainment that's now commonplace - high speed wireless internet, Cable TV covering News , Movies & Sports channels, 3 internet connected flatscreen SMART HDTVs, a telephone landline with free national US calls, plus an internet enabled wireless thermostat for the home's comfort system.

Why Brian & Kim Askew chose Park Shore

We been visiting Naples since an Aunt & Uncle retired there from Connecticut in 1990. We always enjoyed vacationing there and dreamed of one day having a place of our own.

Our opportunity finally came along in 2013 - a property that had been neglected over the years but in a superb location. We think that it had been ear-marked as a 'tear-down' but we decided to rescue it - we've always enjoyed improving properties and relished the challenge of creating our personal paradise in a different country and culture. We intend to keep continuously improving the home for ourselves and our guests.

What makes this villa unique

We go into vacation mode as soon as we go through the front door, (especially now that the work is done!). Being bright and modern, we're soon feeling calm and relaxed, especially after the long trans-atlantic journey.

Our well equipped home and its location offers us a break in the sunshine that has everything we need and suits our moods; if we're feeling energetic we can walk or cycle to the local supermarket for treats or to the beach for sunbathing and swimming or if not, simply relaxing on the lanai with frequent dips in the pool. For variety, we can add in occasional trips further afield for sightseeing or retail therapy.

This is what makes it an ideal vacation break for us and we always look forward to returning.

Guests can enjoy free use of Park Shore Private Members Beach Club, which offers ample car parking, bike racks, toilet/shower facilities and attractive landscaped gardens with picnic tables. Stroll or jog along the mile long Boardwalk if you feel like some exercise and what better way to unwind after a hard day on the beach by 'toasting' the sunset or some twilight fishing? Use of the Beach Club is especially good during the peak season when parking at Naples' Public Beach areas can often be difficult.

Amazing property with attentive and thoughtful owners

Our stay at this property exceeded our expectations. The house was clean and had a lot of thoughtful amenadies that made us feel at home. The owners were attentive to our inquiries and even suggested a lovely Egg Hunt that our family participated in at the beach club access that comes with the rental. Our children, ages 5 and 8, enjoyed the pool the most, which had several floats and toys to play with. While playing in the pool one the afternoon, a neighbor did ask us to please keep the volume down. They were pleasant enough about this request, but this did put a bit of a damper on our play. On the positive side though, the neighborhood is lovely and peaceful. It is very close to the marina, beach and shops. We enjoyed many bike rides and walks in the area. We would highly recommend it!

Beautiful home!

This home has everything one needs for a vacation in paradise! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, the pool is perfect and the beach is a few short blocks away. The owner was responsive to all concerns. We are already looking forward to our return!

A Wonderful Christmas in Naples

Our family Christmas was spent at this delightful home in Naples. This was our second visit and we enjoyed our first stay so decided to return. The house is just perfect for a family holiday and we were really looking forward to coming back. The pool and lanai area is beautifully equipped and there is ample beach equipment for a visit to the private beach. The house is spacious and all the rooms are clean and up to date. We cannot fault this home and would recommend it to anyone.

Vacation in Naples

Absolutely amazing! I Especially enjoyed the beautiful pool and lanai. Plenty of pool "toys" for the kids. The layout of the house lends itself to casual living. There was nothing that wasn't included in this house. The location was perfect. The owners were concerned about our family enjoyiing our visit. All in all I would return to this piece of heaven in a second. Thank you Brian and Kim for sharing your lovely home with me and my family!!!

The perfect home for a family

We have rented many homes in Naples and elsewhere for our family and we were very impressed with the home Brian has created for his guests. The home is clean, well-stocked and comfortable. The kids loved the pool and it was lovely having breakfast outside - there's a pass through window from the kitchen to the pool area that made it even more convenient. This home is perfect for young children but also older children as there are bikes and it's close to Venetian Village and the beach where they can navigate on their own. It's a very safe neighborhood. Brian is very responsive and seemed to care that we had a perfect stay. Would highly recommend this home.

Wonderful Home, Outstanding Location!

This is a fantastic choice for anyone considering a trip to Naples! My family and I just returned home after having stayed in this home for a week and it was perhaps my most relaxing vacation in years. The home has every amenity, and I mean every amenity, you'll need for your stay. The interior is exceptional with plenty of space for a good sized family to spread out and just enjoy. The property is very clean and well maintained, and you cannot beat the ideal location which is situated in a very upscale, quiet and safe neighborhood. It is well within walking distance (<1 mile) to the beach and shopping, and it's only a very short car ride to downtown and other area shopping centers. Don't look past the private beach access that comes with the rental either. The private beach made this trip for my family. The beach was sparsely populated and included free and convenient parking. After a few hours at the hot beach, you will enjoy the very short trip back to a great home with a nice, large pool for a quick dip. The owners are very attentive and extremely easy to work with as well, so I just cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay in this home. I give this home my highest recommendation!

Our home in Naples is perfect for a relaxing vacation. Located in upscale Park Shore opposite Doctors Bay waterfront properties, it is only a stroll or quick cycle ride away from a private members beach, which is close to the restaurants and boutiques of Venetian Village. Good quality supermarkets, shops and restaurants are only a short distance away. Being West of US 41, its easy to avoid the hustle and bustle of traffic during busy periods.
