Our cozy cottage has a beautiful view of the Bay, a large patio deck and front screened-in-porch. Located close to major tourist attractions and sandy beaches but just far enough away to relax and marvel the sunrise and enjoy tranquility. BarBQ, fire pit and outdoor games on premises. Mini split heat pump to provide heat or AC which ever is needed. WIFI, TV with DVDs (movies) Fully equipped kitchen, no need to bring towels or bedding

Excellent location. Clean and comfortable cottage.

We spent a wonderful week in July 2020 at this property with our 5-year-old child. The view is superb, Cocagne Harbour is steps away from the cottage back deck, and the location between Shediac and Bouctouche is ideal. The cottage is extremely clean and well-cared for, and while basic in terms of furnishings and amenities, the owners take pride in this property and offer a few the little extras (like games, extra cleaning supplies, quality cooking ware, etc). The photos do not do this property (or location) justice. Would 100% stay there again and recommend highly.
