This amazing modern studio condo has everything you could want for living in downtown Denver.

There is a bedroom and a sleeper couch (sleeps a total of 4 people). The kitchen is fully set up for all of your cooking needs. There is an office nook with WiFi to get all your work done. There is a cozy living room with downtown views and a TV with HD DVR, video on demand, and cable channels.

The Glass House is known for its amazing amenities: there is a concierge available to help you set up any and all activities and reservations. During the summer months you can enjoy the pool to your heart's content. On the weekends there is a free continental breakfast set up in the Lounge area. The Lounge also has free coffee and tea machines 24/7. The gym has everything from elliptical to bikes and an assorted array of classes (yoga, pilates, etc.) available to you, for free, as a resident of the Glass House.

If exercising outside is your thing Common's Park is right across the street providing access to tens of miles of creek trails (Cherry Creek intersects with the South Platte River Trail) for running, biking, and roller blading.

A five minute walk away is the amazing newly redeveloped Union Station. Not only is this a transportation hub to get wherever you want in the metro area, but it also has amazing shops and restaurants. My personal favorites are the Tattered Cover Book Store and The Kitchen Next Door.

For the sports fan, this apartment is walking distance to all of the major sporting venues (and large concert venues) in Denver (Baseball, Hockey, Basketball, Football, and Lacrosse!).

About Kathryn Tenney

I am originally from the East Coast, but, I have lived in Colorado for the past 14 years. I came for Colorado College then fell in love with the blue skies and mountains and couldn't leave!

I live in Denver (with my dog Cache) and we spend a lot of time exploring the great outdoors of Colorado, Utah, and New Mexico.

Why Kathryn Tenney chose LoDo

The Glass House is an iconic location in Downtown Denver, built in 2007, it has been one of the coolest/most attractive places to live in Downtown. I have been interested in this area for a while, it is a jumping off point to so many activities, from biking up and down the creek paths to eating a delicious meal at one of the many amazing restaurants at the recently redeveloped Union Station.

What makes this apartment unique

The floor to ceiling windows of the Glass House cannot be beat. With over 300 days of sunshine a year in Denver, the apartment gets amazing light.

Kathryn made everything as perfect as you would ever want.

The apartment is immaculate, fresh, bright. Great location for everything from shopping, sporting events, cultural events and fabulous food choices. Not to mention the kitchen is top of the line with everything there to cook and and eat at home.

The amenities of the building are plentiful.

All the way around, we wouldn't stay anyplace else, if it weren't booked. MPF

Perfect Stay

This condo in downtown Denver was perfect for my husband and I. There are hundreds of restaurants, a grocery store, several parks, and several venues for concerts and entertainment all within a short walk. Within the month stay, we went to a Colorado Rockies game, two music concerts, and a comedy show. We ate at my of the great restaurants went to the 16th street mall many times, and even went bowling at Lucky Strikes. The condo amenities were outstanding. The workout facility, at no charge, was two stories with great equipment, a yoga room, reformer room, and a crossfit room. They also offered exercise group classes. It was never crowded. We thoroughly enjoyed it. As a bonus they had a free breakfast on the weekends that was good. This particular studio condo was very well laid out, well equipped and nicely decorated. Bed was very comfortable. Overall we had a very nice visit in downtown Denver.

Must Rent!

Kathryn is a JOY to work with, and provided a lovely place for me to land as I transitioned to CO. I stayed for six months and was melancholy when I left (I purchased a townhome nearby). I will always have fond memories of staying in this apartment, and HIGHLY recommend it for short or long term stay.

Super happy

Kathryn was great to deal with. The description of unit and surroundings was right on. My wife initially thought the unit would be too small. About 1/2 way into our 4 month stay we both agreed we could live in this unit forever. Our much larger house was much more than we needed. We loved it....thanks for renting to us

Beautiful apartment, excellent location, great experience!

This apartment is truly beautiful - even better in person than in the pictures. It was immaculate when we arrived, and extremely comfortable, right down to the sleeper sofa! (Seriously, we are buying the same couch now.) It was also well equipped with everything we needed--kitchen, bathroom, cleaning supplies, extra sheets and blankets for the sleeper sofa, etc. The view from the balcony is amazing, and the apartment gets so much natural light, it is really wonderful. We had a very comfortable stay for the two of us for two months... we never wanted to leave!

Aside from that, the location is amazing. Like I said, we spent 2 months there and I literally never drove the car. The surrounding neighborhoods are walkable and very cool--tons to do within walking distance, we really couldn't have asked for a better location.

Kathryn is also a wonderful landlord - anything we needed she responded super quickly to and came right over. She made everything easy, and was super pleasant to work with.

I would absolutely recommend staying here - you will not be disappointed. I really can't say enough great things about it, and we would definitely stay there again!
