Please note: The complex management has scheduled the roofs of 3 buildings to be replaced starting with buildings 2, 3 and 10. Building 2- is scheduled for June 25th, 2018 - August 1st, 2018, building 3 is scheduled for July 27th, 2018 - August 31st, 2018, and building 10 is cheduled to be replaced from September 4th, 2018 - October 12th, 2018. However, these dates may need to be adjusted if they run into any weather related issues. All work will be done between 9am and 5pm Monday - Friday and the contractor will be taking the necessary precautions to limit dust and other concerns.
There are two buildings between building 2 and 3 and building 11. Building 10 is across the entry road from building 11. Therefore, according the complex assistant manager the work should not have much of an affect on building 11 but they cannot guarantee anything at this point.
Also, the complex management will be re-plastering one of the two complex pools. The splash pool or the pool by the restaurant will be closed from August 15th, 2018 - August 30th, 2018. However, the pool closest to this unit will remain open during this time.
