A spacious beachfront estate awaits you on breathtakingly beautiful Waimanalo beach. Get away from the noise and the crowds and enjoy a relaxing vacation in the countryside. This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath estate was designed especially for enjoyment of our spectacular ocean views. Enjoy unbeatable ocean views from the picture windows that line the living room, dining room, and upstairs bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen looks out on the lush Ko'olau Mountain Range to one side, and the ocean to the other. Plentiful windows and island breezes keep the house cool and naturally well ventilated, however AC is provided for the comfort of guests who may not be used to our island temperatures and humidity.
All bedrooms offer gorgeous ocean views as well. In fact, you can take in the world-famous Waimanalo sunrise without leaving the comfort of your bed! All bedrooms are equipped with AC, ceiling fans and floor fans. Children in particular love our twin-size window beds available in two of the downstairs bedrooms. Fall asleep to the gentle sound of the waves and the wind rustling through the coconut trees from any room in the house. Enjoy stargazing on the beach, or simply enjoy the reflection of the moonlight on the water from your bed.
The property includes a coconut grove in the spacious front yard, a paved BBQ area, a 4-burner Weber Genesis II BBQ Grill, and direct access to the beach. Savor ocean views and the island breeze from your private second-story lanai, accessible directly from the living room. Waimanalo beach is also perfect for boogie boarding, a favorite pastime of local children, and you'll find plenty of boogie boards in the garage for your enjoyment. Two private, outdoor showers with warm water allow you to enjoy a comfortable rinse-off before returning into the house.
For your convenience, two washing machines and two dryers are provided. We have a laundry room on the first floor with one washer and dryer, along with an ironing board, laundry sink, and clothes drying rack. A Dyson stick vacuum is also located in the laundry room. A second, high-capacity HE washer-dryer set are located in the garage, along with an extra large drying rack that easily accommodates beach towels. We know our guests frequently travel in large groups and could use the extra machines!
Enjoy the property as if it were your own. The house is equipped with a keyless entry lock, which will allow you to check-in at your leisure anytime after your official check-in time.
Waimanalo is a quiet, residential community. Please respect our neighbors and our home by observing the following house rules:

Please rinse off sand before entering the house
Please be courteous to our neighbors
Regarding WEDDINGS: We receive many requests to use our estate as a wedding venue. We do not have a permit to conduct weddings at our estate. We are also located within a quiet residential neighborhood where this would be a significant disturbance to our neighbors, even if we had a permit. We do not allow weddings of any size under any circumstances.
Please note that we require all guests to sign and return a Rental Agreement stating that they will abide by our house rules.
