The one-story semi-detached house offers a cost-effective alternative to a standalone house. A total of three houses are in a U shape around the large about ten meters long community pool and safe from prying eyes. Falconcrest A has a private terrace, from which you can enjoy the sea view already in the morning sun. Just a few meters away from a swim in the common pool. Space for you and your family, the hotel offers sufficient. There are up to 6 beds available. Your feel-good climate can be determined with a new air conditioner (hot / cold) itself. The newly furnished living room with sofa bed for two people, SAT-Flat TV (MP3 u. USB port) and Home cinema system offers relaxation. For your sleep in 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (1x double bed, 2x single beds) provide good mattresses. Showering pleasure you will experience in the new bathroom with walk in shower and shower panel. The fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, gas convection oven, microwave is ideal for cooking. A high chair in the open dining room, cot, safe, electric barbecue and four loungers, which you can use both at the pool and in the garden, complete the picture.

The house in the village of Cala en Porter is only about 12 km away from the airport and within easy reach. You can walk in 7-10 minutes by stairs or optionally slightly longer along the road to the beach. After a short walk of 5 minutes you have a choice of 3 supermarkets and many cozy restaurants.

The indicated price is a complete price for 3 persons for the furnished house per day (not per person and day). The monthly rent includes the cost of electricity, water, gas and waste.

An Internet access is part of the inventory. The cost of the necessary SIM card carries the tenant.

To clean the tenant is responsible. Possible costs for a post-cleaning carries the tenant.

Alternatively, the tenant may give the cleaning at a cleaning company Subdivision in order. The costs are borne by the tenant.

Lovely quiet location

This property is neat and tidy, has everything you could need. There are many restaurants in walking distance and a children's play area. The pool is lovely and kept clean. The beach is a bit of a walk but there is a land train if you cannot manage. I would not describe this property as child friendly however. The marble tiling inside the property is incredibly slippy for little feet and so is the shower. There is however a usable high chair. Property needs a little modernising but overall good.

A lovely villa in a very peaceful area of Menorca

We chose this property based on previous reviews and weren't disappointed. This is a lovely villa situated in a lovely and peaceful area of Menorca. The villa itself was clean and very well equipped, with the bonus of a very quiet swimming pool, shared between just 3 properties. It is a very short walk from the town centre and the beach. The beach is in a cove and is very clean and private and the town centre, whilst a relatively peaceful area, has plenty of restaurants and shops. A very picturesque area. Uwe was very helpful in the run up to our stay and Jeanette and Lee were extremely welcoming whilst at the villa...and we loved Buster the dog and the tortoises!

Un apartamento estupendo para las vacaciones

Nosotros estuvimos en Menorca la última semana de Junio 2012. Fuimos 4 adultos y el apartamento nos pareció muy completo. También puede disfrutar de la piscina ya que no hay muchos vecinos. Y muy cerca existen supermercados y sitios para comer.

Jeannette y Lee, además de recibirnos con champán y fruta, fueron muy amables durante toda nuestra estancia allí.

El apartamento está muy cerca de Cala Porter y se puede ir andando, aunque si dispones de coche el sitio es estupendo para moverte por las diferentes calas ya que se encuentra ubicado en el centro de la isla.

Como mejora podría ser que en la TV se sintonizasen también canales españoles.

Lo tendremos en cuenta si volvemos a la isla.

Gepflegtes Ferienhaus

Wir,ein Ehepaar, verbrachten 2 wunderschöne Wochen auf Menorca. Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung aus dem Internet. Es war sauber und gepflegt. Im Garten gibt es einen großzügigen Pool der ebenfalls sehr gepflegt war. Auf dem Gelände stehen 3 Häuser, das eine war nicht bewohnt und in dem anderen wohnt ein sehr nettes englisches Ehepaar.Das Haus liegt zentral und dennoch ruhig.Restaurants und Supermärkte kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Wir sind mit dem Auto zum Strandt gefahren aber sportliche Leute könnten auch zu Fuß gehen.

Ein Traum von einem Haus, auf einer Trauminsel

Wir (Paar in den 30er) waren im Mai für 14 Tage in diesem wundervollen Haus. Mit dem Wetter hatten wir totales Glück, so dass es in den 14 Tagen nur einen wirklichen schlechten Regentag gegeben hat, den wir aber dennoch zu einem Ausflug genutzt haben.

Die Nachbarn auf dem Grundstück sind, wie eigentlich alles, was wir dort erlebt haben, einfach nur wundervoll. Sie sind hilfsbereit und stehen einem immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

Das Haus ist ist sehr gepflegt und recht frisch renoviert, sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass man sich direkt heimisch fühlen kann.

Die Aussenanlagen sind gepflegt und werden immer in Schuss gehalten. Der Pool ist ein Traum, im Mai aber noch recht frisch.

Der Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer, den man morgens beim Frühstück geniessen kann, ist atemberaubend.

Der Ort Cala en Porter ist "relativ" groß, was ich aber hier im positiven Sinne bemerken möchte. Dadurch gibt es viele Einkausmöglichkeiten (5 Supermärkte) und Restaurants, sowie Bars. Vom Haus aus ist alles fussläufig erreichbar, selbes gilt auch für den Strand (Achtung viele Treppenstufen beim kurzen Weg dorthin, ansonsten evtl. doch mit dem Auto).

Im Mai war es noch nicht sehr überlaufen von Touristen, so dass man sich wirklich toll entspannen kann.

Ich weiss auf jeden Fall, das es nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt auf Menorca, in diesem Ort und hoffentlich auch in diesem Haus war.

Nachbarn in allen Belangen unter grossem Respekt der Privatsphäre.

Einfach ein toller Feck,der Ruhe ausstrahlt und den man

ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen kann vor allem

auch mit Kindern!

Cala en Porter is a mix of holiday homes, villas, apartments and a few smaller hotels. The place is heavily developed. Numerous restaurants with different price levels offer Spanish and international cuisine. In supermarkets you can find all current items and baked goods.

Cala en Porter is in the range of the southern cliffs. From there you have a breathtaking view of the southern coastline. The beach is protected at the end of a deeply cut valley surrounded by cliff within a bay. It is in walking distance, reachable by car or with a tourist tram. On the outskirts of the cliff there is the cave disco "Cova d'en Xoroi ', one of the attractions of Menorca. The beautiful cave bay 'Cales Coves' also located nearby.
