Intimate Waterfront Property In Excellent Condition

Sleeps up to 8 with 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, Dining Room, Living Room, Re-Modeled Kitchen, 2 Wine Storage cabinets, WiFi, Cable TV in all 3 bedrooms, Washer/Dryer, Linens Provided, Ceiling Fans in every room, Heating & A/C, Garage, Outdoor parking areas, Outdoor sitting areas protected from weather, Solar-panel-heated swimming pool, Propane grill, Waterfront dock, Butterfly garden, and Bird feeders. Master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower that accommodates wheelchairs and a toilet with robust physical supports for the handicapped. Dining room contains lovely dining table and comfortable, and fine quality chairs. TV cove contains audio system for CDs and radio and a 55" LED TV. Natural light pours into the living room, kitchen, family room, and master bedroom along the water-facing side of the home. These rooms all look onto the pool area which contains a propane gas grill and a seating area for the entire family. Beyond this is the waterfront which is the source of continual sounds of birdlife, fishes, and the occasional dolphins and manatees. The dock is wonderful place to take in the sights and sounds of the early morning, evening, and late at night.

About David Watson

Our parents moved to Florida in 2003 and hosted family gatherings all times of the year. This photo is from one such event and includes Grandma and many of the grandchildren. We continue to use the property for such gatherings and are also offering it for rent to like-minded families interested in intimate gatherings at this very well-maintained and intimate property in gorgeous Vina del Mar of St Pete Beach.

House structure is ideal for all ages, from the elderly to the youth, with tile throughout a single floor level that accommodates wheelchairs throughout the home and the property, including the dock itself!

Excellent location provides lovely views of the water, and easy access to nearby beaches, parks, restaurants, and surrounding environment

St Petersburg area has the Dali and other museums, natural parks with extensive bird and aquatic wildlife, professional athletic events including car racing, football, baseball, and hockey, outdoor activities including swimming, cycling, beach combing, put-put golf, boating, fishing, etc. etc.

Lots of fun things to do here for all ages !!

What makes this house unique

Tampa International airport is approximately 35 minutes drive and when you get here you feel like you're a million miles from where you came. It's tremendously relaxing here, with the water, beaches, natural light, wildlife, restaurants, and so many enjoyable things to do. Hermosita here we come!

Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, a large chest for storage of clothing and personal items, a large closet for clothing and personal items, a large picture window with limited view that lets in plenty of light, a small television, a rug on the floor, and is located next to a full bathroom shared with Bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds, a closet, a view onto the Lanai, pool, and waterfront (Intracoastal Waterway), a television, bookshelves, and is right next to a full bathroom shared with Bedroom 2. Bedroom 4 is really more an alcove that contains a sofa that contains a Queen hide-away bed.

Home away from home

Truly an amazing home. Location is perfect for easy beach access. pool and yard are very well maintained. Home is equipped for basic cooking. My family meets me there from all over the country. Very convenient for airport access. I have stayed in this home twice for a month at a time. LOVE the view of the intercoastal. I would stay in this home again. Owners are very accessible if there are questions or problems. I genuinely love this home.

Beautiful three bedroom home in quite neighborhood with caged pool and access to waterway with dock (bring your kayak and fishing poles). Close proximity to St Petes Beach, restaurants and and all the the island has to offer.

Feeling like jello in no time!

Hmmmmm. Should we walk or take a short bike ride to beautiful St. Pete's Beach? Perhaps we should walk out of the back door, past the pool and sit on the dock watching the dolphins swim by.

A lovely, inviting property with every comfort you could imagine. We cannot wait to return.
