About the property

Apartment for 2-14 people, new construction, panoramic views, great trail system ,.

Our apartment is situated 700 meters above sea level in a sunny and quiet location, just off the Zillertal High Road. Our new building (2010) was attached to the old farmhouse and offers a variety of options:

You have a beautiful view of the valley and the mountains. We have a small farm and have a large vegetable garden, which is to serve the distillery. You are welcome to our homemade 'brandy long' directly in our cozy tasting, built on old, cottage garden.

In summer and winter go away from our house numerous hiking and walking opportunities and in the winter the ski slope is just around the corner. The bus stop is located directly on the street of the house and the bus leads directly to the ski Horberg or into the valley, and from there you can reach the various base stations of Kaltenbach-cell-Hainzenberg Horberg Mayrhofen.

Directly at the court you have to admire a lot: deer gate, 2 Gorgeous Blondes (Haflinger) to unwind a huge orchard with many possibilities during your holiday.

To reach the valley you can take a 10 minute walk by to do their daily shopping done. Bun service can be arranged on request.

Our apartment is about 100 square meters and is located on the ground floor (Floor Plan Part 1 + Part 2 = an apartment), it offers sleeping for 2-14 people.

(Upon request, one or the other rooms be booked)

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, among other things, with all cooking utensils such as 4-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, extractor hood, sink, refrigerator, pots and pans, coffee maker, dishes and cutlery, kettle, toaster, warming and baking dishes, ... etc ,

So all you will need.

The old wood table hand made with corner and Vorbank, made of solid spruce show you that we have made a lot of trouble and that you can make yourself comfortable with us and feel at home.

Also our beds and cabinets are hand-made and natural.

Furthermore, this apartment has a very large 40 sqm sun terrace with additional balcony where

You have a wonderful panoramic view of the valley and the mountains. (South side)

Bed linen, towels, tea towels and table linen we provide for you.

Our bathrooms are equipped very spacious with modern bathroom facilities.

For hygiene reasons we decided not to tile and grout.
