Ideal holiday flat...

The flat is situated a few steps from the beach and has stunning views over the sea and the bay. It offers a bright dining area with fireplace and open kitchen. From the living room one has access to the partly covered terrace with BBQ. Furthermore there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment has beautifully designed communal pool area with large terrace. It dispose of private parking. The beach and the promenade of Playa Repic are at only few steps from the builduing The other promenade of Puerto de Sóller is in about 10 minutes walking distance. Both promenades offers shops, cafes, restaurants, so all you need as a tourist. The sandy beach and the idyllic bay invite you to relax and swimming in the sea.

Excellent views ... GVFM!

We stayed here this summer looking for a relaxing apartment close to the resort so we wouldn't have to walk far when venturing out in the evening and we were delighted with what we found. The facilities were 'as described' and the views of the bay and back to the mountains were stunning. We have stayed in many apartments over the last number of years and this was undoubtedly one of the best value for money. Would have no hesitation in recommending or re-visiting.

One of the most picturesque corner of Mallorca. Port of Soller it’s situated in a beautiful natural bay with the beach, fishing boats and yachts, and has impressive mountain landscape of the Tramuntana. Ideally situated to explore the natural, cultural and historical diversity of North West Mallorca. Port of Sóller is a charming old coastal town, where ancient customs and traditions blend easily with contemporary attitudes, and an atmosphere of rural peace make this picturesque location perfect for a vacation on the beach. Sóller is situated only at 3 kilometres distance from the port. It´s set in a valley full of orange and olive trees, between the highest peaks of the Tramuntana Mountains. The valley and its surrounding mountain range, the 'Serra de Tramuntana', acknowledged by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, is a best destination, especially for those who enjoy walking, nature, ecotourism, or simply a peaceful rest away from the hustle of the better-known tourist traps. The town of Sóller has a charming town centre. Many buildings in the Art Nouveau style dominate the narrow streets and squares, which has developed a lively scene with bars and pubs. A charming tram runs regularly between Sóller´s town center and the Port of Sóller, meandering trough the gardens and lemon groves of this picturesque valley. Very attractive is also a journey from Sóller to Palma with a historic train. Sóller is a city with a long history, and has many places which can be discovered by the visitor as well as exquisite restaurants that invite you to taste the local food.

Due to its location it is less frequented by tourists, and retains its original character. The surrounding area offers numerous recreational opportunities, where you can enjoy nature and the sea.

Biniaraix, situated in 2 kilometres from Sóller is a small village which preserves its ancient charm, famous for its ravine, where one of the most emblematic excursions on the island can be carried out. Worth mentioning also is the excursion to the architectural group of the property Binibassí, the s'Alzina Fumadora path to the Comuna and many other routes that can be covered on foot or by bicycle. The ascent up the Barranc de Biniaraix is one of the most spectacular excursions on foot that can be carried out along the old stone paths of the Serra de Tramuntana. Hiking in the fertile valley or in the Tramuntana Mountains is an unforgettable experience. Not far away from Biniaraix is situated the picturesque village Fornalutx a delightful excursion option.
