Great Beach House For Large Families

The house sits on the Intercoastal and is a few steps to one of the best beaches in the world. The community of Pass A Grille is void of the crowded high rise hotels found on most beaches and is perfect for slowing down and soaking in rest and warmth. The Don Cesar is just up the road and has been visited by celebrities from around the world. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. We furnish bicycles and kayaks to our guests.

Fabulous Home with Ocean & Bay Views

Scott's recently renovated property was quite fabulous for size, modern conveniences and spectacular views and location. The entry level downstairs still needs major renovations as fixtures are old and need refreshing. From the living room, kitchen and up to the master suite all was quite nice! We would strongly recommend it and would stay again! Mahalo Nui Loa!

Amazing Views in a Perfect Family Getaway Location

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The views from the spacious decks are breathtaking. The house has plenty of parking space for guests, which is important in the pay-to-park area of Pass-a-Grille. Just a short walking distance to the beach and to local establishments. Fantastic home and would love to stay again some day soon!

Best Beach

Property had everything you would need for the perfect beach getaway. Only set back was the road construction leading into and out of property. There were however great restaurants within walking distance. Grandkids could have stayed on beach forever. Loved the wrap around porches with views of the bay and even seeing dolphins one morning.

A Quite Get-A-Way

This house is in the perfect location, the view is fabulous wherever you sit on the large wrap around porch. You can park your car in the driveway and leave it all week because you can walk everywhere - beach, shops, restaurants and more. Pass-A-Grill is a happy little town that leaves you with the feeling that you have really been on a relaxing vacation.
