* Convenient location in the University Hills neighborhood, our single story 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, cottage style home is located between downtown Denver and The Denver Tech Center. Close proximity to premier restaurants and shops. 5 minute car ride to Wash Park and the DU campus. Whole Foods, Sprouts or King Soopers grocery are just minutes away. Denver local's favorite restaurant and shop areas Cherry Creek Village/ Old Pearl St./ Gaylord St./ and Bonnie Brae are all less than 10 minutes away.

Just two block's from Denver's light rail for easy travel to Downtown Denver's Arts and Entertainment District as well as major sports venues Mile High Stadium, Coors Field and the Pepsi Center. If heading towards the Tech Center or Park Meadows, you're just minutes away. One block from High Line Canal trail system for Walking/running/Biking.

The house has comfortable casual/modern furnishings along with a well appointed kitchen. Both living room areas have 50" HD flat screen smart TV's with hi/speed internet and HD programming. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress and luxury linens. The second bedroom also has a queen bed with a memory foam mattress and luxury linens. The third bedroom, which can also be used as a second living area, has a comfortable foam mattress queen size sofa sleeper bed. The backyard includes a BBQ grill and dining set on the patio area with a large yard and beautiful shade trees. Full access to house.

Cozy and welcoming!

The home was just what we needed and of course in a great location if you are wanting to be on that side of Denver. Had a surprise snow storm while we were there, and the power was out for a short time. The owner was very concerned and was in communication with us to be sure that we were comfortable. The home has a nice fireplace and we used it and enjoyed the day. The kitchen had everything we needed, condiments in the fridge, Salad dressing etc, coffee filters, spices, foil and Tupperware. It was great not having to buy those things. The home has a large back yard and patio that was lovely until the snow storm blew in. The close access to the Highline channel trail was great for a morning walk and shopping and restaurants were just minutes away. We highly recommend this property and thank you Jack for the hospitality.

Great Home

We found the lights on and the house spotless, after arriving at the house late in the night following a 4 hour flight delay. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly and a nice place to walk. The kitchen was well equipped and condiments were even left in the refrigerator which cut down on food costs. We've rented many homes in Denver and we found this house at the top of the list. We'd definitely rent this house again.

Amazing Rental in Central Location

My family and I rented this property while vacationing in Denver, as we wanted to be able to have all the amenities of home while away from home. If you are looking for a nice rental with all the amenities of home in a nice neighborhood conveniently located, this is the rental for you!

Great location!

The property was terrific! Everything was very clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet, so it made for a enjoyable get away! The kitchen was well stocked for easy meal preparation. We didn't have a chance to use the gas grill, but the patio area gave additional space to relax at the end of the day. The location was ideal - easy to access the interstate, close to the light rail station, with grocery stores and restaurants near the neighborhood. Jack was very helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. We would definitely recommend this property!

Perfect little rental!

Great little house and great location! Loved the two living areas - great for the family of 6 to gather. Cute little patio and backyard which we could enjoy a barbecue. Loved that it was so easy to catch the light rail and head downtown to catch a Rockies baseball game and easy to catch the freeway. Had a wonderful stay and would book it again!!
