This large, luxurious 3 bedroom Coach Home located in Fiddler's Creek's Village of Serena is the perfect family retreat. Enjoy breakfast or dinner on the lanai overlooking the lake and lush, tropical landscaping.

The home looks brand new and is tastefully furnished and decorated with tile throughout the main rooms. There is a private entrance, with foyer, and a two car garage. New paint and carpet in 2017. The superb kitchen features stainless steel appliance, gas stove and breakfast nook with table and chairs, and everything you need for cooking your favorite meal. The living and family rooms are spacious with wonderful light, and allow for easy entertaining.

The home can sleep up to seven people. The master bedroom has a king bed with a Stearns & Foster mattress, flat screen TV and a view of the lake. The master also features sliding doors which open to the lanai – perfect for enjoying morning coffee while watching wildlife. The master bathroom has two vanities, a soaking tub, and an extra-large shower. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, flat screen TV and a full bathroom. The third bedroom features two twin beds and a flat screen TV. Two living area and an office allow for ample space. A large flat screen TV and Blue Ray player is located in the large family room. Telephone, cable and wi-fi is also provided.

Fiddler’s Creek Resort is an exclusive, gated, upscale, resort style community conveniently located between Naples to the north and west, and Marco Island to the south. Both areas include great dining, exciting entertainment, shopping and access to boating waters and sandy beaches. The community is beautifully landscaped and exquisitely maintained. At the guests’ option, Membership privileges can be transferred to seasonal residents for a one time transfer fee(currently $500), irrespective of the length of stay. This is highly recommended to take advantage of the outstanding Fiddler’s Creek amenities. There is an impressive clubhouse which boasts a full service spa and a state of the art fitness center as well as three swimming pools with waterfalls, slides and a whirlpool spa. There is a casual poolside restaurant and bar overlooking the lake and a more formal restaurant open for dinner and Sunday brunch in the clubhouse. The award winning, Arthur Hills designed Fiddlers Creek 18 hole course has a full pro shop and complete practice facilities and guests also have the choice of the Rookery course. There are eleven tennis courts and extensive golf and tennis program calendar. Tennis and Golf Fees are Extra.

There was no WiFi, the ad for the property stated there was a Bar BQ, it was filthy and had no tank,

Owner's Response: First of all, we wish the tenants well in their new Florida home. They stayed in our home while looking at homes in the area. We're sorry they didn't appreciate their stay in our home. They would be the first to complain in 9 years. The Wifi is working properly. We're sorrry the tenant didn't have a basic understanding of technology. They had issues with the TV remotes as well. I was able to do an xfinity test on the wifi with them present which showed 4 times better than the national average. We had to go over there to "fix" their technology mistakes 3 times in the first week, which is going above & beyond as an owner. We even got newer tv remotes to make things easier for them. They didn't understand the term "optional" in the listing in regards to the membership transfer fee. Again, the first time anyone has ever complained about the listing being misleading. We had to go over this with them 3 times prior to the rental since there is paperwork involved to transfer the optional membership. In fact, we had to pay an additional application fee to the Management company because they couldn't fill out the paperwork correctly & in a timely fashion. We absorbed this cost for them. We did not ever list a BBQ grill as an option on VRBO. The previous tenant had left a portable grill in the garage. The Condo Association does not allow the storage of propane tanks in the condo or garage for obvious reasons. The tenant complained that a light bulb had gone out the last week of their stay. We replaced it as soon as possible even though consumable item replacements are not included in the lease. After they left, we found bleach stains on the brand new carpet. Fortunately, they opted for the VRBO insurance coverage. This will be the first time we have had to enter a claim. I hope the process goes smoothly. Most of our renters are repeat tenants who rent directly through us. Our current March tenant has stayed with us 2 times before & we just signed a lease for 2019 with one of our tenants from last year. The home is in great shape with a new refrigerator, new dishwasher, brand new AC, new paint & new carpet (now with bleach stains). We're sorry this tenant was not able to understand the process of renting a seasonal home in Florida and did not take the time to read the listing description and details. We're also disappointed they have now put us through the inconvenience of having to replace the carpet again.

Beautiful villa in a beautiful community!

This is a spacious, nicely furnished, bright, well-cared for villa in Fiddlers Creek. The property owners are really nice people and very responsive to any requests. The home had a nice open floorplan, nice tiled bathrooms, and a beautiful kitchen. The master bath is huge with a soaking tub and shower. The lanai is also large and offers a great view of the sunrise every morning. This was our first time at Fiddlers Creek and we took full advantage of the incredible, resort-style pool, clubhouse and fitness center, all of which were impeccably maintained and staffed with friendly, customer service oriented people. The villa is located about a mile or so from the clubhouse/pool, but you can get there quick by car. The Gator Grille poolside restaurant is a very nice outdoor bar/restaurant with great views of the pool, pond and golf course, and serves really good food. My husband is a serious golfer and really liked the golf course but felt that it was expensive to play as a guest ($200 a round). But overall, this is a very comfortable, beautiful home that is perfect for enjoying what Naples and Marco Island have to offer. We enjoyed our stay and already have plans to return!
