Apartment in Ortisei, the fascinating landscape of the Val Gardena Dolomites UNESCO World Natural Heritage

The apartments are located in the countryside, in a very quiet and sunny location on the edge of the forest with a unique view of Ortisei and the surrounding Dolomites (Seceda Pic, Sasso Lungo, Ciampinoi, Alpe di Siusi, Puflatsch, etc) as well as from the noise from the main road.

If you require a cot, so we like to make it available to you. For families with small children, we can offer a babysitting service.

Balcony, Outdoor furniture, large terrace and lawn and a private garage parking space per apartment, ski storage with boot dryer (lockable), can

are of course used for free from you.

The final cleaning of the apartment is included in the price if the apartment is not left in a particularly messy state.

Unfortunately, pets are not accepted. We ask for your understanding.

During the winter and summer, you are a ski bus or free summer (Which front of the apartment holds) for free at regular intervals from the apartment to the Local lifts and out to the center.

In summer, the apartment Martina for wonderful walks and great walks in wonderful flowers Bracht is an excellent starting point. If you would like information on walks, we are happy to give good hiking tips for beautiful mountain tours.

The tastefully furnished apartments for 2-7 persons include a fully equipped kitchen, which equipped with electric hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, sink unit, cooker hood, sitting area, double or single sofa bed, coffee maker, microwave, satellite TV and balcony is.

The two bathrooms have a shower or bath, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine and hairdryer.

When sleeping, the apartments offer two double rooms, one of the two double rooms can be transformed also into a triple. If you require a cot, so we can arrange this for you. For families with small children, we can offer a babysitting service.

To linens and towels you do not need to worry, because it is made available by us and changed once a week.

Beautiful apartment

We had a wonderful ski-holiday in this beautiful apartment. The apartment is spacious and clean and has everything you wish for. It lies just outside the centre of the village so you can enjoy the quietness and beautiful surroundings. The skibus stops in front of the apartment and takes you to the centre of town and the ski lift. So you can park your car in the garage and you don't have to use it.

There were 4 of us so we had enough space, 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room has a small couch and a dining area. And last but not least the beautiful view!!

Ruhe und Entspannung pur

Die Fewo der Familie Senoner befindet sich in einer wunderbaren Lage, oberhalb von St. Ulrich. Der herrliche Panoramablick vom Balkon auf die Dolomiten lässt einen sehr schnell den Alltagsstress vergessen. In der gepflegten und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Frau Senoner ist eine ausgezeichnete Gastgeberin, der das Wohl der Gäste am Herzen liegt.

Wir empfehlen diese Fewo gerne weiter.

Eine tolle Wohnung mit Superaussicht

Für uns als Ehepaar, welches 2 Schlafzimmer benötigt, eine toll geschnittene Ferienwohnung. Mit 2 Bädern, eins mit Dusche das andere mit Badewanne, ist für jeden das gewünschte vorhanden. Die 2 Balkone ermöglichen auch mal einen Ruhetag, in der Sonne von morgens bis abends mit toller Aussicht zu geniessen.

Die Buchung mit Bestätigung, die Einweisung in die saubere und gepflegte Wohnung sowie die Betreuung während des Aufenthalts durch die Vermieterin war super.

Als Gesamtergebnis aus unserer Sicht, eine Ferienwohnung die wir jedem empfehlen können und von uns bestimmt nochmals gebucht wird, denn 10 Tage reichten nicht um das traumhafte Wandergebiet zu erwandern.

Buchung dieser Ferienwohnung nicht bereut!

Wir (2 Ehepaare) hatten das Apartments Martina im September 2015 für

14 Tage gebucht.

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung, mit einem herrlichen Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Ort St.Ulrich und der Berge ringsum. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb vom Ortszentrum an einem Berghang in einer ruhigen Lage. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet, auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden für die Benutzung durch 4 Personen.

Ideal für zwei Ehepaare geeignet, da auch zwei getrennte Bäder in der FW vorhanden sind. Man sollte aber auch beachten, die FW liegt in rund 1300 m Höhe, da sollte man auch paar warme Sachen im Sommer mit einpacken!

Direkt vor dem Grundstück hält ein kleiner Bus, mit dem man in rund 10 min. im Ortzentrum ist. Wir haben diesen Bus viel genutzt und unsere Autos konnten so stehen bleiben. Beim Urlaubsbeginn erhält man vom Vermieter für jeden Gast eine Kurkarte, welche für die kostenlose Nutzung der Busse im Ort genutzt werden kann.

Ein großes Lob auch an den Vermieter. Frau Senoner konnte man jederzeit anrufen und kleine „Problemchen“ melden, sie war sofort zur Stelle um diese abzustellen (z.B. war bei uns eine der Kurkarten defekt und musste gewechselt werden).

Wir können diese Ferienwohnung anderen Urlauber, welche das schöne Südtirol auch kennen lernen wollen, nur empfehlen!

Il meglio della montagna

Siamo giunti ad Ortisei in una splendida giornata di sole e subito la vista che si ammira dall’appartamento Martina 3 ci ha conquistato. La vista, planando su Ortisei, spazia lungo tutta la Val Gardena e giunge fino ai contrafforti del Sella e Sassolungo, stupenda! Da subito il modernissimo appartamento ci ha fatto sentire a “casa”: pulito, ordinato, funzionale e curato nei dettagli, direi con un tocco di glamour. Non manca nulla, neanche i giochi per i bimbi (apprezzatissimi dalle nostre bimbe). L’accoglienza della famiglia Senoner è stata perfetta e discreta. E’ vero, l’appartamento non è in una zona propriamente centrale ma il fatto che si collochi al limitare del bosco lo rende ancora più affascinante, la sera abbiamo visto i caprioli pascolare sul prato vicino e, per chi non vuole utilizzare l’auto (comodamente parcheggiata nel garage coperto), c’è il bus navetta gratuito e la partenza di molteplici passeggiate in bosco, verso gli alpeggi o il centro di Ortisei, magnifico e organizzato paese. L’appartamento ci è piaciuto moltissimo, l’ospitalità dei proprietari altrettanto e la Val Gardena sarà nuovamente nostra prossima meta.
