All apartments have a balcony or terrace and a parking space in a spacious garage.

Tolle Ferienwohnung! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Whg. 10 ist eine Dachgeschosswohnung mit einem Balkon. Der Balkon ist nach hinten gelegen, sodass es sehr ruhig ist. Ausnahme wäre natürlich laute Nachbarn ;-). Aber dass hatten wir in unserer Zeit nicht. Strand und Einkaufsgelegenheiten in direkter Nähe (8 Gehminuten). Nächster Bäcker in 1 Minute erreichbar. Das Auto kann man in der Tiefgarage abstellen.

Vorsicht! Zum Entladen des Gepäcks habe ich in einer kleinen Bucht direkt vor dem Haus gepackt und prompt wurde ich von einer unfreundlichen Beamtin vom Ordnungsamt aufgeschrieben. Es wurde mir sogar von der Zimmervermittlung empfohlen dort zu parken. Auch später parkten dort Autos von Handwerkern den ganzen Tag. Wirft also kein gutes Licht auf Kühlungsborn und den Umgang mit Touristen.

Ansonsten kann ich die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Die Küche ist offen gestaltet. Ein bisschen wenig Küchenausstattung aber es reicht. Tipp! Elektro-Grill für den Balkon nicht vergessen. Auf dem Balkon hat man bis zum späten Abend Sonne. Trotz täglicher Sonneneinstrahlung hat sich die Dachwohnung nicht sonderlich aufgeheizt. Die Wohnung machte einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Das Bad ist etwas klein und ohne Fenster, aber ist OK! Die Bett-Matratzen waren keineswegs durchgelegen.
