Villa Romana is a friendly and brightly decorated finca. Spacious, sunny areas offer a pleasing ambience to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the countryside to enjoy. The beautiful country house offers a charming ground floor living and dining area. French doors lead to the breezy covered patio. The modern and spacious kitchen is very well equipped incl. Washing machine and tumble dryer. 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, share a bathroom with shower. Guest toilet. The first floor houses a master bedroom with double bed, dressing area, en-suite bathroom and 2 large terraces with panoramic views of the pool and the countryside towards the sea on the horizon. Another bedroom with 2 single beds also has a dressing area and en-suite bathroom. In the guest house right next to the main house there are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

In the front area of ​​the finca offers an attractive angelegeter garden area with parking for several vehicles. The cottage is surrounded by lawns and bougainvillea.

The large covered patio in the back of the farm offers a magnificent view over the countryside and is the perfect place to relax, read your favorite book and enjoy the feeling of tranquility that this area offers. A large outdoor dining and the brick barbecue offer the opportunity to enjoyable barbecue evenings outdoors. A large rectangular pool (12 mx 6 m, depth min. 1 m, max. 1.70 m) with child-friendly access via steps, is ready for a refreshing swim. The also generously applied sun terrace with sun loungers and garden areas can enjoy a long summer days. A table tennis table completes the offerings sportsmanlike manner.

Towels and cleaning For stays up to 7 days a change of towels in the week, as well as easy cleaning in between. For longer stays once a week linen and towel change every easy intermediate cleaning. Final cleaning is included in the price. Towel set per person: one bath towel + a small towel. Toddler / Baby equipment A Children set consisting of high chair and bed (60 x 125cm) is available upon request are available for free, another is with 5 each € per bed / chair and night. Additional bed Case, the accommodation provides the opportunity up an extra bed and this will be soon, we will charge for the bed with linen and towel per night 5th €.

Grosszügiges Haus in guter Lage

Tolles Haus mit viel Platz, sehr ruhig gelegen, trotzdem nur 4 km von Vala D'Or. Grosszügige Zimmer, alle mit eigenem Bad. Verschiedene Sitzmöglchkeiten im Freien und Blick über die Landschaft bis zum Meer. Lediglich die Ausstattung der Küche und die Sauberkeit könnten besser sein.

This beautiful newly built finca 'Romana' is slightly increased situated in the countryside, near the small village of Calonge in the southeast of the island. From the property you can have stunning views across the countryside. The conclusion is that even remotely on the horizon shining sea. In just 10 minutes walking a small supermarket, a small selection of restaurants and the Plaza can be reached. Another nearby village is S'Horta, which is also easily reached on foot. The famous mile-long sandy beach 'Es Trenc' lies about 25 km with only half an hour's drive away and offers to spend a quiet day at the beach. A visit to the island's capital, Palma is announced for art, culture and shopping, which is about 60 km away and can be reached in an hour by car.
