This former Hofgut of the XVII century has been restored to today's standard of living with a 400 sq.m garden plot in an open area, 2 km away from the medieval town of Peratallada between Toroella de Montgri and Pals (10 km from Playa de Pals).

Ground floor: 3 living rooms, a large dining room with open kitchen and fireplace, a large bathroom (bathtub/WC) games room with table tennis.

Mezzanine: lockable separate suite with a small living room and 1 double bedroom with bathroom (shower / WC).

Upper floor: large living room with sofa for 3 people, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table. 4 double bedroom. There is a bathroom with bath/WC.

Especial equipment: a satellite TV, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a roofed terrace, a large sun terrace, a beautiful garden property with a generous driveway and parking for 2 cars.
