Sehr schönes und sauberes Domizil

Das Haus war sehr Anspruchsvoll alles war sehr sauber und angenehm.die Schlafzimmer waren sehr schön und die Matratzen sehr gut man wachte ohne Kreuzschmerzen auf was sehr angenehm war.Der Pool war sehr sauber eine Wohltat zum Schwimmen und abkühlen.Auch die Verwaltung des Hauses ist super da die Verwalter gerade nebenan Wohnen.Mein Fazit alles in bester Ordnung und ich werde bestimmt wiederkommen.

Jedes Jahr besser.

Mittlerweile zum 4. Mal haben wir unseren 3-wöchigen Sommerurlaub in diesem Haus verbracht, damit ist eigentlich schon alles gesagt. Der Vermieter optimiert Jahr für Jahr das Haus und vor allem die Aussenanlagen. Hervorragend. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren. Vielen Dank.

Es ist wie zu Hause zu sein

Wir sind zum 5. mal in diesem wunderschönen Haus, und wie immer: Alles bestens!

So konnten wir unsere 3 ½ Wochen Herbsturlaub von Anfang an genießen.

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Haus, Grundstück , Pool alles perfekt sauber und gepflegt.

Anmerkung: Man spürt, dass der Vermieter auch selbst mal in dem Haus wohnt.

Das Klima: Hervorragend. Die Temperaturen wohltuend . Tags von 22-27 °, Nachts 19-22°, einfach perfekt, und das im Oktober! Morgens Frühstück im Freien auf einer der Terrassen, und Abends meist auf der Dachterrasse mit herrlichen Meerblick , und mit einem Glas Rotwein, so konnten wir den Tag ausklingen lassen.

Ein großes „Danke schön“ an das Servicepersonal, die immer alles fein gepflegt hat, und das uns immer freundlich begegnet ist.

Fazit: Es passt hier einfach alles!

Wir können das Feriendomizil zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.

Einfach zum Wohlfühlen!

Wir sind zum 4. mal in diesem wunderschönen Haus, und haben auch diesmal unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wiederum sind uns weitere Verbesserungen am Haus aufgefallen, wie jedesmal wenn wir ankommen, diesmal waren es die schönen Einbauschränke in den beiden Schlafzimmern die uns überrascht haben.

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl

gefühlt. Die Wohnung und das Grundstück ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, deswegen ein dickes Lob für die Service Leute, die auch sehr freundlich sind.

Die gesamte Abwicklung, Buchung, Schlüsselübergabe usw. ist perfekt organisiert.

Wichtig! Es werden nur die tatsächlichen Verbrauchskosten berechnet,also keine ungenauen Pauschalen, sondern nur das was wir tatsächlich verbraucht haben.

Wir können das Feriendomizil zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.

Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Einfach nur toll!

Wir sind zum dritten Mal in diesem tollen Feriendomizil gewesen und werden sicherlich wieder kommen. Perfekt sauber, ein toller Pool. Die Anlage ums Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Die Verwaltung/Organisation vor Ort fantastisch und sehr freundlich. Dieses Feriendomizil können wir zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

To Calp and in this hilly and wooded surroundings you can find everything that makes a nice romantic Spain: sun, sea, beach, fun or rest.

Calpe has a variety of sandy beaches. The two largest sandy beaches are located on both sides of the mountain Ifach.(Platja Arenal Bol and Playa La Fossa). A small sandy beach is at the marina Puerto Blanco. There are also a variety of small and secluded coves, mostly with sand or gravel beaches. Enjoy the great sandy beaches along the beautiful promenade and the magnificent views of the sea. In many restaurants, bar's and cafe's along the beach promenade is also provided throughout the day for the "small hunger". The beach bars keep close to ready all day snacks and drinks. Many fine restaurants serve delicious international cuisine. - Seaview inclusive!

Athletes can choose between sea and mountains. At Calpes coves of the yacht - and fishing port. Near the house of the marina of Puerto Blanco.

The Ifach and the surrounding bays offer ideal opportunities for water sports of all kinds, such as wind surfing, diving, swimming, boating or sailing. The local sailing schools also offer courses.
