WHAT WE PROVIDE
* Free WIFI
* We supply a starter set of amenities including toilet paper (3 per bath), paper towels(2), trash bags (10), dishwasher tabs (6), dish soap (1), a sponge (1), handi wipes (3), laundry detergent (2), hand soap at each sink, and 3 n 1 Body Wash/Shampoo in each shower are provided.
* Linens are provided. Towels and facecloths (1 per guest) are provided.
* Coffee: There is a Keurig as well as a regular coffee pot. A few K cups are provided.
* Kitchen items: The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. Spices and condiments are not provided.
*POOL ACCESS: The winter pool hours are 9 AM to 6 PM with 24 hours notice to the office Monday through Thursday and then it’s open normally Friday through Sunday 9 AM to 9 PM. . Tubing is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. Reservations are made in two-hour time blocks with the last “check-in” starting at 4:00 pm. Tubing will be available every day during vacation periods, January 15th -17th and February 19th – 27th.

Additional Information:
* Ensure that you park in the designated space labeled 1203, as there is only ONE space available. Additional vehicles can use overflow parking in unmarked spots towards the rear of the lot. Please refrain from parking in any other spaces.
* We can arrange an early check-in or late check-out request for $25, please reach out to us to confirm the availability of the unit.

* Guests must be 25 years of age and must show a photo ID (driver's license)
* All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement booking and before arrival.
* No pets – sorry, Fido has to stay home.
* No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host. Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity. If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
* Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way :)
* No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars, and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.
* No fireworks Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10 PM - 8 AM
* Additional house rules for operating home-specific amenities will be located on the premises
* Return all keys- there is a $15 charge for lost or missing keys
* Follow check-out instructions for trash removal, where to leave keys, etc.

Beautiful But Refrigerator Problem

The pictures are accurate. The unit was very comfortable, nice and clean. We were told via a VRBO message less than half an hour before check-in that the refrigerator was not working. We did not see the message until after we food shopped and checked in and realized on our own that neither the refrigerator nor freezer were working. Despite emptying the clogged ice bucket, water kept leaking onto the floor, which we mopped up with an available beach towel. Fortunately, we were able to get by using the small refrigerator in the lock-out and our cooler on the balcony as it was March. We recognize that these things happen, and our communications with VRBO were all polite and professional, but to be notified so late is unacceptable. We did not ask and VRBO did not offer any type of accommodation – not even a small credit for a future VRBO stay. There was a gratuity envelope for the cleaning service. We left a gratuity, but the cleaning fee in the booking was high given our experience in the Mt. Washington Valley. We hope the local person actually cleaning the unit is compensated commensurate with the charge because he/she does a great job.

Great Rental - Look forward to staying again

The family and I had a great time here. The until was extremely clean and comfortable. This is right on the mountain and you can walk out right onto the slopes. The owner was very accommodating, ensuring we had an extra cot so that my daughters friends could all sleep in the same room. We look forward to staying here again

Great family rental

This property was perfect for our family winter ski trip. We had a slight hiccup with the keys not working, but once we were able to get that fixed we had no complaints. The host was responsive and worked quickly to get the situation rectified which is all you can ask for. The unit was clean, exactly as shown, located right on the mountain of Cranmore. We had a great time skiing, snow tubing, doing the adventure park and going out to eat at some great restaurants. We spent almost every late afternoon in the outdoor heated pool/hot tub. The pool/hot tub it located slightly separate from the unit, but there are locker rooms available to get changed and we had robes with us to keep the kids warm as we walked over. We could not recommend this place any more and are looking to return next winter!

Great condo

We stayed here for a ski weekend (4 of us). The condo was spotless and had everything we needed (coffee pot and a keurig which was great). The locker on the first floor is convenient to store skis and boots and we enjoyed walking on to the slopes. It's an easy walk to Zips and the new lodge as well as the tubing park. Highly recommend this condo.
