Perfect Home away from Home. Fall in Love with this Old Town Georgetown Bungalow. Read our reviews. There is a reason so many book with us again and again after their first visit. Minutes away from any shopping you need. Completely remodeled with an open kitchen, dining and living with refinished original hardwood floors with lots of character. New A/C/Central Heat/including duct work in 2015.

Sparkling tile bath with walk in shower. Energy package included new insulation/windows and appliances. Fully Equipped kitchen with everything you need for quick snacks or perfect dining. Granite counter top. New Gas range, Dishwasher, Vent Hood. Stackable washer and dryer. Refrigerator has ice maker. Two bedrooms. Each bedroom has Queen bed. One car garage with garage door opener, keypad and remote. This home is small. About 800 Sq ft but you will love how fresh and new it is with old 1950's charm. Photos are enlarged to show detail. Walk across the street to the San Gabriel River Walk that goes all the way to Georgetown Lake. The Georgetown Square is blocks away and the Square was recently named the most beautiful small town square in Texas. Wonderful shops, outstanding restaurants, and be sure and take in a play at the Palace theater. This is a wonderful small town in Texas. Great Hospitals and plenty of outdoor activities.

Awesome cottage home

We stayed here for the month of February 2023. Bob was a great host! The home is stocked with everything. The day after we arrived - ice storm! Bob checked in with us to make sure we were all OK. You can tell the host is a builder - as the renovations were top notch. Comfortable beds and quiet. It was a great location for us to visit kids in Round Rock and the approximately to downtown Georgetown. We would definitely stay here again.

Cool, Clean and Comfortable

We stayed the month of June. The property is very clean and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. I particularly enjoyed how comfortable the bed was and the roominess of the shower. Great waterflow too! It was a very hot month but the AC kept the place very cool. The outside of the home is very tidy and located near the HEB, restaurants and downtown. My husband worked remotely and had no issues with Internet connection. I do not have any concerns to report and would recommend this home to anyone.

What a delightful home to stay in during our short visit to Austin for a wedding. The location was great to make a quick trip to Waco. Home is cozy and clean - two of my favorite "C"s.

Cozy Bungalow

Comfy and cozy bungalow across from San Gabriel walking trail. Short 4 Blk pleasant walk to the charming square. Immaculately clean house. Beds are excellent , firm but just right. House is remarkably stocked with necessities. Extremely easy access to Austin, about 25-30 mins in normal traffic. HEB grocery store one Blk away. Do not miss the Georgetown Second Saturday Market, great vendors. Bob, the owner, personable and incredibly considerate. We will definitely be back when in the Austin area.

My wife and I love Georgetown and Travelers!!! We will make it as easy as possible for you during your stay. I am an organic vegetable gardener and supply organic vegetables to the Monument Cafe. A fourth generation Texan who always wants you to feel the Texas Hospitality. We have a large family with 11 grandchildren. Everything we do around the house and on the interior is to make sure our landscape and products are good for our guests. This will become your second home once you stay with us.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this home in 2015 and started to restore the beauty of this small property. The location is so wonderful. Very close to everything. St David's Hospital is about eight blocks away. The Georgetown Square and Court House are about six blocks away. Be sure you visit the Monument Cafe and other great restaurants in the area. Then there is Wolf Ranch which will impress any shopper in your family. Grocery stores are less than a quarter of a mile and then of course the San Gabriel River is across the street.

What makes this property unique

Please note this is a small home. The photos have been enlarged and stretched to show you more detail. While is is small it is very comfortable and cozy. There is Wi_Fi, High speed internet and HD TV. Everything is new. The kitchen is a knock out with granite, new appliances, cabinets, plumbing fixtures and of course it is fully equipped for any size meals. We put our heart into making this home something you will enjoy for a weekend or for longer stays.
