Bright, modern Malibu home 5 minutes from World Famous Surfrider Beach & Malibu Pier, 20 minutes from Santa Monica and Venice. Walk to a city park, to restaurants, to the mountains and to the ocean.

Located on a private road, this home has three stories - the top floor is the entry with open living/dining room, kitchen, half bath and wrap around balcony with outdoor grill.

One floor down are the master bedroom with a king sized tempurpedic bed, wraparound balcony, whirlpool bath, walk in shower and separate toilet/bidet room. A second bedroom with a twin bed plus a twin over full bed - perfect for kids, an office, a full bathroom and laundry complete the second floor accommodations.

The bottom floor has a guest room with a queen sized bed, full bath and a den with a daybed. the den and guest room both have access outside to a small backyard.

TV with game systems are in the living room upstairs and the den. The kitchen is fully equipped, stove, microwave, 2 ovens, fridge and miele coffee maker.

The walk up the road is lovely, with incredible views of the queen's necklace and Surfrider Beach. It's also a short walk down the road to a city park, with a small playground and walking trails to the beach, shops and restaurants. We'll leave our paddle board and boogie boards for the guests use. We may also include our jeep for use with the rental pending verification of driving credentials.

It's a short, 5 minute drive to some of the best restaurants in the world (Nobu Malibu), shopping and movies.

This is a great rental for large families with children.

My husband grew up in England, I grew up in Connecticut, and we met at University in Syracuse, New York. We moved to Malibu for the natural beauty and the beautiful community. We have 3 young boys, 5, 12 & 14 - who go to our local schools and frequent the local beaches.

It's like a vacation living here, but we also have family all over the world - so, when we travel we thought it would be fun to let others experience what we love by staying in our home.

When we found this property, we knew it would be perfect for so many reasons. It's close in to so much Malibu City Center - with great restaurants, a movie theater, shopping, a library, Sunday Farmer's Markets; Santa Monica - with more shopping and a big pier with a fun park and aquarium, and the big boardwalk; Venice - with canals, eclectic shopping and unique restaurants; Mountains, Beaches and more.

Our road is a quiet private road, so you can hear the birds in the morning. The house is bright & light with beautiful views. And we have wonderful neighbors.

What makes this house unique

The views from the living room - out the the ocean and up the mountains - are really stunning.
