There are multiple pools - indoor and outdoor, hot tubs, sauna, fitness, tennis courts( summer only), underground parking and complimentary winter shuttle service.

This is a top floor unit with vaulted ceilings and amazing mountain feel.

The living area is open to the kitchen and dining area, has a flat screen TV, gas fireplace and balcony overlooking the amenities and the mountain.

Master bedroom with king bed and private bathroom, second bedroom with queen bed and private bathroom, third bedroom with 2 twin bed/ or a king bed ( currently on the photos it has a sofa, but this is changing) and the fourth bedroom is meant for the kids with 2 sets of bunk beds.

The owners have installed A/C unit for the hot summer days, ensuring your comfort.

Great Condo - A few hiccups but nothing that impacted our trip

The condo was very comfortable; nice beds, comfy couches, pool/hot tubs were nice. Less than 10 min walk to gondola and a very regular shuttle to gondola area when we felt lazy.

The best part is that all 4 bedrooms have their own bathroom. With 7 guys on our trip, that was huge!

My list of hiccups that could have been improved upon:

1) Housekeeping - A few things missed from previous occupants: A broken wine bottle sitting on the balcony, some candy wrappers under a bunk bed. (To be fair, I asked for an early check-in, which they accommodated. Perhaps they felt rushed.)

2) TV remote controls - There were like 5 or 6 of them, 2 of which were the same for the cable. Rather difficult to navigate and watch TV.

3) The Back door needs some attention - Very difficult to close all the way. Blinds are broken at the bottom connect point. Their design also makes it very hard to turn knob when in open position.

4) Humidifiers seem like they're from the 1980's and don't help at all. Spend a little $ and update those. Dry air at high altitude makes for very uncomfortable mornings.

5) The key card originally given wasn't magnetized and I couldn't get in anywhere, including the parking garage. I had to go to the office to get a new key. Double-checking keys before putting them in the lock box could have avoided the issue.

Overall, we were very happy with the condo and would stay there again! The above gripes are meant for feedback for management in case they can address those.

Beautiful. Great location.

We loved our time here. The unit was able to accommodate our large family with ease. We used the multiple pools daily. The common area with the grills was perfect for an al fresco dinner. I can't recommend this unit highly enough. We will definitely be using it again when in Steamboat. I was worried that it might not be friendly for my mom who cannot downstairs. That couldn't have been farther from the truth. The underground parking was adjacent to an elevator that made it so convenient for her.

Great pools/hot tubs, excellent location, spacious

Our two families totaling 4 adults and 4 kids ages 2, 3, 4 and 5 had a blast. Very spacious unit with great views. The pools/hot tubs are numerous, big, fun and clean. Quick walk to Gondola area for entertainment/food as well. Quiet at night. Clean parking garage was a plus too. Everything worked in the unit and was well appointed with comfortable and clean couches.

Beautiful unit, great location

This condo is beautiful and couldn't have better suited my family's needs. It actually has four bathrooms, which was a welcome surprise (not sure why the title says 3BA). Three of the bathrooms are en suite, which is great for us adults, and the fourth is accessible from the living room and also serves the kids' bunk bed room. The layout of the unit overall is wonderful, and the kitchen/dining area was plenty big to cook for 6 adults and 4 kids. We also liked the nicely sized balcony with table seating for six. My ONLY complaint is that there was no grill on the balcony. Grills are available at the pool areas, but who wants to schlep raw meat down the elevator at dinner time? The community amenities were great -- three different pool/hot tub areas to choose from, two tennis courts, central club house with a cool fire pit, and parking under the building with direct elevator access. We'd come back tomorrow if that whole work/career thing wasn't in the way!
