Excellent Accomodations

  • 5 of 5

We found this apartment to be perfect for our needs. Our first impression was that it was even nicer and better furnished than its pictures. We were also pleasantly surprised to be greeted with fresh flowers, chocolates, coffee and too many other items to mention. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our extended stay. There was even a nice supply of paper and cleaning products. The stacked washer and dryer were very convenient. Outside the back door was the apartment building's community deck. We met several other friendly tenants there. Parking in the basement garage was very convenient and had an elevator to the community deck. We always felt safe and secure in the apartment. We cannot close without mentioning its great location. Being in Old Town, we found it very convenient to walk to a wide variety of restaurants, coffee shops, drinking establishments and stores. The Pouder River Trail was nearby for walking, jogging or biking. Finally, it was a short drive to beautiful, open spaces and mountain vistas. We hope to return soon.

An excellent location, set up, nice neighbors

  • 4 of 5

Devan came and gave us the keys, and a brief walk thru. We had to contact him once for a quick question and he got back to us. We loved walking to chocolate shop, Welsh Rabbit, both bistro and store, the great happy hours (Fish, Jax, etc) and restaurants Bisettis, Crown Pub, and above, hiking trails and Discovery museum with our grandchild. We also cooked on the patio grill a few times and it was nice and clean. It is in an ideal location for a trip to Laramie and we also took a few overnights to Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and Cody.

The only downside, and the only reason we gave 4 stars, would be for someone sensitive to noise at night., not people, the train. If you are a light sleeper, the whistle might bother you, but we were there a month and one gets used to it. The trash and recycling is also picked up a couple of times a week (don't know how often) and that is noisy.

All in all, we had a super stay and look forward to coming again next year for a month.

The property was nicely decorated and had everything needed for a comfortable stay

  • 5 of 5

We had a wndeful stay for 2 and 1/2 months. The property is centrally located to everything in Old Town. Devin was available if needed at any time. The outside patio ( that is common property) is a very nice feature. There is an outside grill with tables and chairs for entertaining. The condo is very comfortable with nice emenities. i would highly recommend it to other people. The only downside is loud street noise.

best rental ever

  • 5 of 5

This rental is so comfortable, attractive and in a great location. We would stay there every time we are in FOCO if we could. Loved the master BR, kitchen and patio. We even had our family of 12 over for a graduation party

A modern place to stay in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins

  • 5 of 5

Devin is an exceptional host. He is only a phone call away and was attentive to every need. The location of the apartment is unbeatable. You are in walking distance to restaurants, gift shops and more. It is near the transit center if you want a bus. The apartment is near great bicycle paths and parks.

The apartment itself is beautiful and clean. I stayed with my children and was able to have my own room with a door and each child had their own sleeping areas that were comfortable and close to my room. The only downside is the street the apartment faces is quite loud due to truck traffic. I recommend ear plugs and white noise machine! I highly recommend this place if you want a location that allows you to walk everywhere.

A gem in the heart of old Town...

  • 5 of 5

I stayed here for three weeks (02/29 - 03/21 2016) and I thoroughly enjoyed it. This is a relatively large property and easily sleeps 2-4 people. The property is located in the heart of FoCo. A block from town square and minutes away from the transit centre. You have a number of great restaurants (e.g., from bistros / gastro pubs to the local smoking BBQ joint) and bars at your doorstep. The property is of high specifications. Devin (the owner) provides all the needed amenities (e.g., massive HD flat TV, high speed internet, coffee maker, blender, toaster, washing machine, dryer, etc.). The property has also a gas burner fireplace that is on all the time; It was quite nice, especially, on those nights that was snowing. When checked in, Devin was waiting for me to show me around. The flat was spotless and he had left out for me flowers, candles, a basked of scones, and free local coffee. The fridge was fully stoked with water bottles as well. Overall, Devin takes care of his guests! I highly recommend this property. I am definitely returning back :)
