We are in a beautiful neighborhood in Long Beach nestled in between Park Estates and Belmont Shores. Our place is easily accessed to all the major freeways and public transportation galore all within one block . Top Floor Unit w/ private parking.

On Site Laundry Plenty of Street Parking. All guests have complete view and access to the Regional Park directly across the street. Starts here and goes all the way ocean and beach with great paths for running, walking or bicycles

Directly across from Regional Park with Billy Jean King Tennis Center ,Community Golf Course, and Baseball Field. Great access to our famous citywide bike paths and Super easy access to ALL public transit in all directions. Close to the Long Beach Convention Center

I had a great time spending a couple days at this condo. The pool was so clean and fun! So many things to do around the area. Neighbors are super friendly. I would definitely come back to this place if time allows me again. If you are looking to stay in long beach stay here!
