ET / 1757 This historic fisherman's house was built in 1850 directly on the shallow rocks of a small bay. You can not live closer to the sea. Fished here is from the terrace! There is only a small footpath between the house and the sea, but hardly used. Only 20 meters from the house there is a small sandy bay, which is known only very few and allows easy access to the Mediterranean. The house is simple and functional. It offers enough space for 6 adults and 2 children in 4 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with fireplace and satellite TV and the kitchen with a stone sink and dishwasher complete the approximately 150 square meter house. The garden is 800 square meters and planted typical of the country. A covered terrace on the garden side and an open to the sea also provide space to relax.

Näher am Meer geht kaum!!

Alles so wie beschrieben...wer keinen übertriebenen Luxus braucht hat hier alles!!...ist nur etwas schwer zu finden, besonders bei anreise im dunkeln.

Owner's Response: Lieber Ronald vielen Dank für die positive Bewertung. Für die Mühe gibt es bei uns einen Bonus! Bitte nachfragen ! Die Sache mit der Strassenbeleuchtung ist ausserhalb der Hauptsaison tatsächlich nicht sehr freundlich gegenüber den Touristen. Gegen diese Sparsamkeit können wir leider nichts machen. Bislang hat auch noch jeder Gast, der spät angereist ist, das Haus gefunde und konnte kurz danach in "echter, erster Linie" entspannen. Nochmals vielen Dank für die Bewertung !
