It features a fully stocked kitchen with granite counters and all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare a delectable meal after a day of skiing, hiking, or fly fishing in the Blue River. There is also a gas grill on the deck. The formal dining room seats 6, and there is room for 3 at the breakfast bar.
The living room includes a leather sofa and love seat. The media center includes a 40” flat screen LED TV with cable, 4 HBO channels, and a Playstation 4/Blu-Ray player, so enjoy watching a movie or playing a video game, while curled up on the couches in front of a cozy gas fireplace.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and in-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed, with detached bathroom and a flat screen TV that streams Netflix and all the local and premium TV stations.
There is plenty of open parking if you plan on driving, though the free Summit Stage bus stop is located at the end of the driveway. This bus will take you to all Summit County ski resorts and other local attractions and towns. Just down the road from the condo is an outlet mall, the Blue River, which features world class fly fishing, and nearby towns of Dillon, Frisco, and Breckenridge.
This unit is less than an hour from 7 renowned ski resorts including Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Vail, and Beaver Creek. Just behind the unit and wrapping around to the west of the complex is the White River National Forest and Eagles Nest Wilderness with countless trails for hiking, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, or snowshoeing. Hike the Gore Range trail to Vail or nearby Buffalo Mountain for a panoramic view of Summit County, the continental divide, and Lake Dillon. Travel a short distance to Frisco where you can hike or snowshoe the 10-Mile Range that leads into Breckenridge. There are also plenty of bike paths should you choose to see the sites from a road bike or cruiser.
The clubhouse is one of the nicest in the area and features a swimming pool, 2 in-ground hot tubs, newly renovated dry sauna, racquetball court, billiards, ping-pong and foosball tables, plus an upstairs lounge area with a wet bar, flat screen TV for viewing your favorite sports event, and gas fireplace.
