Perfect amount of space in convenient location

Easy and short walk to the Main Street of Lahaina and all the shops/restaurants. Beds were extremely comfortable. There was enough space for our large family of 8. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels were provided which was great. Paper plates, cups, silverware and paper towels were an added bonus that we weren't expecting. There were even coolers available for us to take to the beach! We would definitely come back and stay again!! Thanks for everything Luan!

Clean, safe, perfect place to stay for adventurous vacation

I used to live in Lahaina years ago and was coming back to Maui with my wife and two other couples who have never visited Hawaii. Of course when we originally set out to find a rental place everyone insisted on a water view place on the beach, until I showed them the prices! I talked them into renting a central place in downtown Lahaina because I knew the area well and knew they'd be happy with just a short walk to beaches and restaurants.

We're an adventurous group in our mid-30's and so planned our vacation around hiking and exploring more than sitting on a beach all day. This house was perfect because it's in downtown Lahaina, and so when we drove to other parts of the island it was a shorter drive than having to drive to the more touristy areas north of Lahaina. You can be staring over the ocean from Front St. with less than a 5 min walk. If you want to catch sunset/sunrise from the beach, you can make a 20 min walk along Front St to get to Baby Beach, or drive 3 min and park and go on the beach there. There's a great coffee shop less than a block away, Cafe Cafe, which is how we started each day - they also have breakfast items and smoothies.

The house was really clean, and had plenty of amenities. Each couple had their own shower and there were 3 toilets to use, so for 3 couples we never had any issue waiting. There were bath and beach towels, and soaps, shampoos, and toothpaste. The A/C's in the rooms worked great. We never cooked at the house, but the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and things you'd need. All the appliances were pretty new and worked great. The washer and dryer were amazing to have because it helped us pack lighter and just reuse clothes and towels. Everyone slept great after days of hiking and swimming. I was worried about road noise because of the central area the house is in, but it was never an issue for us.

The property felt secure and safe. It's well lit around the house outdoors at night. We usually sat around the picnic table when we got home each night outside just hanging out and talking.

It's really a fantastic deal for a great house in Lahaina, highly recommend if you plan on exploring the island and all that Maui has to offer!

Nice home, great location

This is a unique home that is located within walking distance of almost anything in Lahaina Town. We had 8 family members in all and the house worked very well for us. Luan is very nice and quick to respond with anything that pops up. Great person to rent from!
