About this property

Beautiful tipical canarian house in first sea line to the sea. A house full of history and preserved in its style and situated on the seafront in a fishing village on the southwest coast of the island. The access to the 2 homes in the first floor are through a canarian patio with garden. All rooms are located and has access along a balcony overlooking this patio. The property has a lounge, a fully equipped kitchen with integrated dining area, three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The highlight is the large terrace with fantastic views to the Atlantic and the neighboring island of La Gomera, the beach and small fishing port. Who does not want to walk 3 minutes to the beach has just in front of the house an access to the sea via a ladder. It is perfect for people who are looking for something different, bohemian and quiet in front of the sea. The other home in the house is almost empty because the homeowners does not live in the Island. The house is equipped with photovoltaic panels, in order to achieve maximum energy efficiency.
It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.

Loved it.

This was our 3rd attempt at staying here due to Covid & it was worth the wait. Lovely, quirky property. Great location, shops, bars & restaurants all within walking distance. Fantastic view. Would definitely recommend. All communication was perfect as well.

Traditional charm

Stay - May 2019 What a wonderful place! We much appreciated staying in such a typical Canarian house with all its interesting character and situated in a very peaceful location on the seafront and yet no distance at all from the restaurants and shops (five minutes maximum). The listing description of the property is 100% accurate and all communication with owners was excellent. We would not hesitate in recommending this delightful property. Sue & Pete Wales

Paradise!!

We have just had the most wonderful holiday in this charming Canarian house, it's location is idyllic and the village of Alcala is equally charming. We were received by a a very nice and helpful lady, she gave us a warm welcome, many thanks to you Durje. The house is exceptionally well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The ceilings are high and and the rooms are spacious, it has sucha lovely atmosphere, reminiscent of times gone by. We enjoyed the spectacular views from the large terrace,no noise at any time but in the silence of the night one could hear a slight murmur of the sea, it was bliss. We have found our favourite destination and accommodation so we shall return again and again. Thank you very much..

Nicht makellos aber großartig

Großzügige Räumlichkeiten rund um einen offenen Innenhof über einen umlaufenden Balkon erreichbar. . Ansonsten alles da, was man braucht, Meer, Waschmaschine, Aussicht :-) Der Abstand der beiden Matratzen des Doppelbetts ist etwas arg groß.

Für uns war es die perfekte Unterkunft, von der Aussicht über das Haus selber mit seinem tollen Innenhof bis hin zur Einrichtung und dem kurzen Weg zum Meer, ich bin immer noch begeistert.
