A large living room with panoramic windows and a large balcony invites you to relax. From the balcony and through the panoramic windows you have a wonderful view over Partenkirchen and the Wettersteinmassiv to the Zugspitze. A second balcony overlooking the Wank and St. Anton is located on the north-east side and is accessible from both bedrooms. Here especially the breakfast is a delight in summer.

It is located in a quiet, central location at the foot of Mount Wank. The historic center of Partenkirchen with the Ludwig Strasse, shops, restaurants and the bus stop are within a few minutes walk.

The apartment is located in the second Floor in the attic of a 5-family house at the end of a private road.

The living room is equipped with: sofa, cable flat-screen TV, radio stereo, CD and DVD player, dining area, fireplace;

the large west-facing balcony with table, chairs, deck chairs;

separate kitchen with dishwasher, 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster;

Two bedrooms with double beds;

The apartment has underfloor heating. In the bedrooms there are conventional radiators. Washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are also available as well-Fi for your laptop.

Both bedrooms lead to 7 meters long north-east facing balcony. From here you look at the Wank and St. Anton chapel. The double bed in the larger bedroom is extra high, which makes it easier to get in and out.

The apartment is located in the center of Partenkirchen and with its good transport links to the optimal mix between rest during the day and at night and close to recreational activities which are: The natural pool Kainzenbad is 1 miles away. of 1 KM away Located climbing forest is an experience especially for children. The Wank-hiking area begins behind the house. Bicycle rental is 200 meters away. Bars, restaurants, spa, theater builders are all within walking distance.

On 110 square meters is an oasis of well developed, in which up to 5 people can leave everyday life behind. After a long day with many looks you can in a large, light-filled living room on our 5-seat it in a novel or a good movie to relax (books, cable TV and DVD Player) present. Of course you can also enjoy on the large balcony views of the weather stone mountains and the Zugspitze. And if the weather is not so good, then you look at the whole of the inside through the large picture windows on. You can, of course, the events of the day on the Internet (WiFi) available to share with friends. If you enjoy cooking, this is in our fully equipped kitchen a breeze. From 4 ring ceramic hob microwave, dishwasher, egg cooker, oven, freezer until coffeemaker's all there to serve a delightful breakfast, lunch or dinner in the living-dining area.

Cute apartment - wonderful location!

My family and I just returned home from a fabulous week in this apartment. the property was the perfect size for my family of 5. Big bedrooms, large bathroom and plenty of room to spread out and relax in the family room. It was exceptionally clean and had everything we could possibly need. The owners were wonderful to work with and Jasmin (the young woman who takes care of the apartment) is lovely. She was so helpful and informative and even made dinner reservations for us. I just can't say enough about our experience, we will definitely be back!

Fantastic apartment with wonderful views!

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for a week at the beginning of December 2016. All of the communication leading up to our stay went seamlessly - thank you to Julie, Thomas and Jasmin (Jess). We were truly impressed with the apartment - so much space, so many little extras provided which made us feel that we really were living in a 'HomeAway from home'! We were not able to use the balconies because it was too cold, but the wonderful, crystal-clear views of the mountains from inside the apartment definitely made up for it. We had originally intended visiting many places in Bavaria from the apartment, but were so happy staying there that we didn't see the need to venture very far afield! The Partnach Gorge was a highlight as it already had frozen waterfalls and icicles - it is a must-do, even in winter. We also caught the train to Grainau, and were intrigued with the thick, thick frost covering everything in sight - magical, and something we had never seen before. The apartment was very clean, quiet and safe. I didn't want to leave! Thank you for the opportunity to stay in this lovely apartment and town.

Simply Amazing!

My wife and I along with our two elementary aged children stayed in this flat for ten days in October. Everything about this flat was amazing. We arrived and it was clean and comfortable. The heated floors in the bathroom were amazing (especially in October!). The location can't be beat-very close to shopping, bus stops, butcher shop, and organic market. It's very walkable to the railway station. If you want to save money...don't rent a car! Everything in GAP is walkable or easily accessible by the city busses. The owners included bus passes with the rental and we used the bus passes to explore the whole city. So easy! We also used the regional busses (embark at railway station) to see many local attractions (Schloss Neuschwanstein, etc). Location was also quiet! Mornings were peaceful and we greatly enjoyed sitting on the balcony, admiring the beautiful views and listening the the church bells in the morning. We shopped at an organic market very close to the house and saved a ton of money cooking our own meals in the very convenient and modern equipped kitchen. The washer/dryer were helpful also as we were able to pack light! The owners were kind, spoke English and had quick and forthcoming communication. They answered all our questions and went above and beyond to ensure our trip was successful and enjoyable. This flat has everything you need for a vacation in beautiful GAP. Don't hesitate with your reservation of this flat - you won't be disappointed!

Best Place in Partenkirchen

My wife and I were on a boat excursion on the Danube, our 3 young adult children traveled without us to Partenkirchen to meet up with us following our boat trip. The 3 trained from Munich and easily found the apmt. It was situated in a great location with shops within walking distance, awesome view of the alps. The apmt is very modern with everything you would need, quite, clean, safe. We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. The owner and local apmt manager were very accommodating an helpful, great place.

Everything We Dreamed Of

We had the opportunity to rent this apartment for six weeks and had the "vacation of a lifetime"! We spent every morning and evening on the balcony enjoying the stunning view and listening to the birds chirping, the church bells ringing, the cow bells clanging and the rooster crowing. The apartment was furnished with all of our needs. We were able to make many of our meals at home which was a great savings. It's situated close to a large grocery store as well as the local butcher, baker and produce market. The bus pass which came with the rental was a great savings and the bus stop was a 2 minute walk from our front door. We hope to rent this apartment when we return in a couple years. The owners have been fantastic and have taken care of all our questions and needs. Martina, who manages the apartment was very helpful in meeting us when we arrived and walking us through the apartment. It was the perfect set-up and location.
