Newly built two-bedroom apartment on the lower lever of an upscale 4 bed Breckenridge home. Modern furnishings, self-contained with own kitchen. Five minutes walk to Main St, ten minutes to the gondola, two minutes to a bus stop. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a two ring stove, a convection microwave and oven, a crock pot and a toaster - Fridge/freezer and a Bosch full size dishwasher. All modern kitchen appliances are provided. Grill outside your door. There's ample parking at our home.

About David Knell

We are a family of 4 who live almost year around in Breckenridge. We have two children ages 2 and 6 who love living here. We bought the house in 2014 and built the apartment in 2015 to accommodate guests who come to ski. We are very hospitable people and love to pass on our recommendations to the guests.

This property is brand new, comfortable with a full kitchen and a very short walk into town and gondola. We have a large private back yard which is difficult to find in in-town properties. The views from the apartment are outstanding and the bus stop to the gondola is right outside of the top of the house. Ample of parking at the property.
