The interior of the house was very nice with a large family room, living, dining room and kitchen. Three bedrooms worked well as well as the 3 bathrooms. Master bedroom and bath were beautiful. The pool and park were great and it was awesome that they were just houses away. The home was clean and in good shape. Lots of cupboard space and very nice large refrigerator.
Some issues we had were that the outdoor pit was really non-existent and I guess we didn't realize the horses were right there in the backyard but was nice to see the mountains.The deck was huge but there was no outdoor furniture which was very disappointing. We ended up using the chairs from the woman who lived below but didn't feel that we could do that every time we were outside. The gas grill was convenient but when we opened it there was a dead hornets nest inside and it looked like it hadn't been used in a long time. We covered it with foil and used it that way which worked.
We would have appreciated some direction as to the use of the stove and the DVR. We figured out the stove but not the DVR which was disappointing when the grandkids were all ready to watch a movie. The air conditioning was really working overtime. When we arrived it was in the 80s in the house and didn't get to even 78 until the end of the next day. We had the house fan going all the time which helped but with all the windows you ended up having the blinds closed the majority of the day.
We think with a little attention this could be a great spot, as it was we did enjoy our stay, just wished it had been more welcoming outside.

PREMISES: The Owner hereby rents to the Tenant(s) the main floor of the dwelling located at 2343 E Charros Rd Sandy UT 84092. This is our home and not a party house please read carefully before booking
RENTAL RATES: April 16 to Nov 9: $250 nightly, $1500 weekly, $3750 monthly. Nov 10 to April 15: $309 nightly, $1854 weekly, $4650 monthly. If Tenant decides to stay longer than the agreement the tenant must get written permission from the owner or their agent at least 72 hours prior to agreed vacate deadline, if permission is given in writing to extend then the contract will have a new vacate date that must be adhered to and payment must be received at least 24hours prior to extension start date which is the same day as the currant or previous evacuate date.
MOVE-OUT CLEANING FEE: Tenant will be charged a non-refundable cleaning fee, included in the total price. On stays longer than 1 week, we require weekly cleaning.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is 3:00 PM MST on the date of arrival; check-out time is 11:00 AM MST on the date of departure. Absolutely NO early check-ins and late check-outs, unless arranged prior with a written notice. Tenant will be fined $50 for late check-out and/or early check-in.
UTILITIES: Owner shall furnish internet, electricity, gas, cable or satellite TV, water, sewer, and garbage to the premises. These utilities are included in the total nightly, weekly, monthly rent price. No upgrades are available on any services.
FURNITURE: The unit is leased furnished. Tenant agrees to take good care of the furniture, carpets, draperies, appliances and other household goods, and the personal effects of Owner, and further agrees that he will deliver up furnishes to Owner in lik
