This condo, with newly remodeled kitchen, is a great place to enjoy beautiful desert and mountain views from within the villa or adjoining patio, relax around the pool, play tennis and golf, or shop at nearby facilities within walking distance. This condo complex is located within the prestigious south Palm Springs area neighboring both the Mesquite Country Club golf course and the Warm Sands resort area. Please refer to the area map and satellite image for a view of recreational and commercial amenities near the complex.

The unit is located within the highly desirable, low-density, Villa Riviera development. Since it is a small development with 30 units, it provides the ultimate in privacy allowing one to rest and relax without constant interruptions typical of larger high density projects. The villas are clustered around a well manicured greenbelt common area featuring a swimming pool, spa/jacuzzi, and deck area with stunning views of the mountains.

Located within a block are two new shopping centers, that include several restaurants and food establishments such as Panda Express, Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Southwestern Grill, and many others, and a regional Ralph's Market. Downtown Palm Springs is a 15 to 20 minute walk away, and both downtown and the airport are less than five minutes by car.

This single-story 2 bedroom, 2 bath, classic Palm Springs condo (1,450 sq. ft.) features a full-sized remodeled kitchen with ample counter and cabinet space, built-in double oven and counter top range, and dishwasher. New granite counter tops and new cabinets were installed this year. Microwave, blender and all kitchen accessories are included in the unit. There are excellent San Jacinto mountain views from the living room, dining room, bedrooms and attached private patio area. Included in the living room is a new sofa, love seat, recliner chair, flat screen TV, with full cable, CD, and DVD. A TV is also included in the master bedroom. A private washer and dryer, as well as convenient covered parking, is included.

All conveniences are close at hand. This is an opportunity to relax, leave the cold weather behind, and be our guest in warm and sunny Palm Springs. Two bikes are provided for your enjoyment and a bar-be-que is available for those late afternoon happy hour times in the private patio. The unit is situated on the east side of the project close to the swimming pool and spa, with beautiful mountain views from the living room and patio area. Golf and tennis are within very close proximity, and bike trails are next to the complex.
